摘要
计算机技术和网络技术的飞速发展给构建高质量的EIMS系统提供了可靠的保证。将动态Web技术应用于企业信息管理系统可以极大提高企业的工作效率,减少成本支出。
     油田系统作为国有大型企业也都建立起了一定规模的开发数据分库,并在此基础上开发了一些应用,但存在一定的弊端。基于B/S模式的动态Web系统以其结构灵活、操作方便、部署维护成本低廉,得到了迅速的推广,广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域。
     基于以上背景,我们提出开发一个以江汉油田井下作业处为实例的企业信息管理系统的研究课题。本文对以下几个方面进行了探讨:
     1.企业信息管理系统的特征、作用,我国企业信息管理系统的现状,以及建设我国企业信息管理系统体系架构的发展。随着企业级应用软件技术的发展,软件体系架构正由传统的两层结构向多层分布式结构迈进,采用多层分布式结构为企业级应用软件增强了可移植性和可扩展性。多层分布式体系结构理应是建设企业级信息管理系统的首选。
     2.介绍J2EE架构的特点,阐述J2EE框架的四层结构:客户层、WEB层、业务层和企业信息系统层,以及这四层之间的关系。然后着重介绍实现J2EE架构的核心技术EJB,就EJB技术的体系架构、调用方法进行讨论并分析了J2EE架构的优势所在。
     3.介绍江汉油田井下作业处管理信息系统的两个子系统,生产管理信息系统和特种车辆调度系统。分析生产管理信息系统其中的公文发布、生产调度、数据采集三个模块并说明了其备份的解决方案。公文发布模块使单位内各部门发布、维护各自的通知公告,方便信息交流;生产调度模块用来汇总各单位数据,生成本日生产日报;数据采集模块将各下级单位数据汇总到中心服务器,便于集中查询、处理。
     4.介绍江汉油田井下作业处特种车辆调度系统,分析系统需求、数据库设计和系统实现。该系统的完成极大方便了对车辆的管理、维护,提高了工作效率。
     最后在总结全文的基础上,提出了若干有待进一步深入研究和探索的问题。
Rapid development of computer technology and network technology provides dependable guarantee for building high quality Enterprise Information Management System (EMIS) system.Oilfield Information Management System has developed too much under the large need of network applications. Under the basis of databases, these units also had developed some applications. But those applications have certain drawbacks, for example. They are basically running under the mode of C/S and the operation and maintain are not too convenient. These drawbacks have resulted in the rather difficulties for popularization.Addtionally, the whole oilfield management information system is lack of uniform, highly efficient, safe and reliable production information system. Dynamic Web technology has applied to EIMS, which raises work efficiency and reduces payout cost hugely.Based on such considerations, we bring forward the project of developing this oilfield production information system with an example of the Down-Holl Service Department of Jianghan Oil Field. This essay discusses the problems from hereinafter four aspects.1. This chapter introduces the character, architecture and function of enterprise information management system (EIMS) and point out status of EIMS in china. It also shows the development of the architecture of EIMS in China.With the development of enterprise application, the enterprise application structure is changed into muti-tier distributed structureAdopting muti-tier distributed structure can raise the extensibility and adaptability of the enterprise. From the discuss we can conclude that building a n-tier distributed architecture is the best way to develop enterprise information system in China.2. This chapter introduces the concept and structure of J2EE framework which include four tier structures: client tier, web tier, business tier and enterprise information system tier. It explains the relations among these four tiers. It emphasizes the core component of J2EE—EJB and explains how to use EJB. At the end of this chapter it discuses the advantage of J2EE structure.3. Enterprise Information Management System of the Down-Holl Service
    
    Department of Jianghan Oil Field includes two parts: production management system and special vehicle controlment system.This chapter introduces the production management system in the Down-Holl Service Department of Jianghan Oil Field. The production management system includes three modules: document release, production controlment, data- gathering. Data backup mechanism is explained at the end of the chapter. Document release module is used to release and maintain message and bulletin moreover it supplies an information communication platform. Production controlment is used to collect unit's data and build production journal. Data gathering modul can collect other unit's data and put them into center database server, which supplies a convenience for querying and operating.4. This chapter introduces the special vehicle controlment system and analyses the system requirements, database design and system implement. The accomplishment of the system gives a huge convenience for managing and maintaining special vehicle. At last I summarize the thesis and imply some problem needed to research andexplore in the future.
