浆纱机卷绕机构张力控制系统研究

摘要
浆纱工艺是重要的织前准备工序,浆纱速度的快慢和浆纱质量的好坏对织造生产影响很大,甚至直接影响着纺织工厂的经济效益。浆纱机卷绕装置能否实现恒张力卷绕直接影响着浆纱速度和质量。
    本文对浆纱机卷绕装置的卷绕特性进行了研究,对张力控制系统的基本组成及控制原理进行了探讨,研究并得出了卷绕直径的检测方法,对基于直接转矩控制的异步电动机用作浆纱机主传动时的控制策略进行了分析。
    为了改进张力控制系统的控制性能,本文设计了一套基于DSP的张力控制系统。该张力控制系统以异步电动机作驱动电机,采用了直接转矩控制技术。系统以美国TI公司生产的电机控制专用芯片为核心,应用M/T法实现对电机转速的检测及线速度反馈的检测、用软件实现了卷绕直径的计算;主电路采用智能功率模块(IPM),把直接转矩输出的开关量转换为空间矢量电压实现对电机的转矩直接驱动;进而实现数字化的恒张力控制系统。该系统通过实验,对卷绕装置实现恒张力控制有明显改进效果。
    因为卷绕张力控制系统是个动态、时变、非线性系统,考虑到模糊控制技术特有的鲁棒性,本文将模糊控制理论引入张力控制系统,对张力模糊控制器进行了初步设计;又通过在直接转矩控制中引入模糊控制,对多变量的模糊控制器设计进行了尝试。
    最后本文采用acs600变频器构成了卷绕张力控制系统并对其性能进行了剖析。该系统采用现场总线、卷曲宏等先进的控制技术,具有精确的控制性能,良好的动态特性,能够实现工厂网络化、信息化。该系统现已成功通过调试交付使用,运行情况良好。本系统不仅适合染浆联合机,亦可用于其它印染、纺织机械,具有极好的市场推广应用前景。
Sizing techniques is one of the most important preparing working procedures for the spinning and the speed and quality of sizing have great impact on the spinning production. The winding device of the sizing machine determines the sizing speed and quality.
    The winding character of the sizing machine’s winding device is studied and the basic buildup and control theory of the tension control system is analyzed in this paper. The detection method of winding diameter is deduced and the control strategies of the Direct Torque controlled induction motor for the sizing spindle machine tools servo system are studied in detail.
    In this paper, a tension control system based on DSP is designed with the purpose to enhance the performance and buildup the robust of the system. This control system use AC induction motor as actuator and Direct Torque control as control strategy. This system includes TI’s DSP as central control unit, M/T method as the speed detection method and winding diameter is calculated by software; using IPM as the power supply unit, the torque of the motor is direct controlled by transforming the on-off signal of the Direct Torque output to space vector voltage. An experimental research is conducted and the results verify the scheme above is valid and the constant tension control of winding machine is improved significantly.
    Due to the dynamic and nonlinear character of the winding tension control system, the fuzzy control theory is introduced and tension fuzzy controller is designed elementarily. The multi-variable fuzzy controller is designed by introducing fuzzy control to the Direct Torque control.
    Grounded on the work above, a winding tension control system based on acs6000 transducer is developed, and its performance is analyzed. This system adopt some advanced control strategies such as field bus、winder, which has accurate control capability and can realize the network and information of the factory.
