博客及其引申的知识管理在中小学教育中的应用研究

摘要
随着经济全球化和高新技术的快速发展,我国已进入一个全新的时代,网络和信息技术已充分应用到各个领域,给它们带来了各种机遇和挑战。
     网络教育和信息化教育的推行让中小学师生面对许多问题,如如何提高网上学习效率,如何过滤信息垃圾,如何组建网络学习资源等,这些问题的存在客观上对中小学应用博客和知识管理提出了需求。
     博客和知识管理是两种新生事物,博客的快速普及以及知识管理在企业中的广泛应用为其在中小学教育中的应用提供了条件。
     本论文首先研究中小学师生利用网络平台——博客进行辅助教学的实例,然后从师生个人博客和小组博客出发研究其引申的内容。通过师生博客的个人性引申了个人知识管理和隐性知识的挖掘;通过师生博客的公共性引申了知识共享和营造文化氛围;通过小组博客引申了知识共享、文化氛围的营造和学习型组织的创建。各方面的研究都有效地将博客引申的知识管理思想应用到中小学教育中来,最后重点研讨了知识管理在中小学教育中应用的可能性和前景。
Along with the economical globalization and the rapid development of high technology, our country have come in a new age, network and information technology have fully used in every field, and take many kinds of opportunities and challenges.
    Network education and informational education make many questions to primary and secondary schools. For example, how to improve the efficiency of online learning, how to filtrate the information garbage, how to organize online learning resource. All of the question derivate requirement of using blog and knowledge management in primary and secondary education in objective.
    Blog and knowledge management are two fresh things, fast popularization of blog and wide use in enterprise of knowledge management provide the condition of use in primary and secondary education.
    The essay researches example of assistant teaching through blog in in primary and secondary education in the first, and then researches through personal blog and group blog in primary and secondary teachers and students putting forward the content. Through blog's personality it can explicate the personal knowledge management and tacit knowledge mining; through blog's public it can explicate the sharing knowledge and building culture atmosphere. Through group blog it can amplify on sparing knowledge, building culture atmosphere and constructing learning organization. All researches have availably made the thought of knowledge management through blog explicating to use in primary and secondary education. In the end, it researches the possibility and vision of using knowledge management in primary and secondary education.
