功能性睡枕压力舒适性的测试与研究

摘要
作为睡眠时与人最亲密接触的睡枕,对于人们的睡眠质量有着深刻的影响,普通睡枕使用传统的面料、填充物且枕型结构单一,与人体头颈部贴合不好,不能改善睡眠、促进健康。因此功能性睡枕的开发具有重要的生活实践意义,而睡枕的压力舒适性是功能性睡枕系统研究的极为重要的一部分。
     本论文课题在分析国内外睡枕压力舒适性的研究状况,以及传统压力测试方法的基础上,自行开发了“利用Flexiforce压力传感器测量睡枕压力”的测试系统。系统在硬件设计上以TMS320F2812 DSP为测控核心,配置包括:Flexiforce压力传感器、放大电路、A/D转换、DSP控制模块和SCI串口通信;软件设计为基于DSP芯片指令系统和C语言的数据采集处理软件。该测试系统实现了多通道数据的同步采集、数据存储、实时记录与显示等功能,适合睡枕压力舒适性的测试;具有操作简便、性能优良的优点。
     课题以自行设计的符合人体头颈部生理曲线的枕型结构的睡枕为实验载体,通过客观物理指标测试和主观问卷调查相结合的方法来研究睡枕的压力舒适性。主观评定利用心理学中的数量估计法,并通过各因子相关矩阵分析,得到了舒适性与睡枕的各主观感觉之间的相关关系。同时,由Flexiforce压力测试系统对受试者进行客观压力测试,通过实验数据的分析与处理,得到了受试者在仰卧和侧卧时不同测试部位的压力大小,并通过探讨睡枕压力与舒适性的关系,寻求睡眠时睡枕压力舒适范围。
     通过论文课题研究,在睡枕压力舒适性主、客观评价相结合的基础上,建立了较为完善科学的睡枕压力舒适性评价指标。实验结果表明,感觉比较舒适或舒适的睡枕压力:仰卧时为0.555~0.687N,侧卧时为0.387~0.432N;感觉不舒适的睡枕压力:仰卧时大于0.79N,侧卧时大于0.5N。舒适的睡枕,侧卧压力比仰卧压力小。
As the most closed contact with our body when sleeping, pillow has a profound result on the quality of sleeping. Nomal pillow is made by traditional fabric, pillow-core and single type, it doesn't fit well with our head and neck curve, thus affecting our sleeping and health. Therefore , the development of functional pillow has an important significance of life, and the relation between pressure and comfort of pillow is an extremely important part of the systematic study on the functional pillow.
     Based on the anylysis of the development of pressure comfort of pillow and the way of traditional pressure measurement on pillow, the testing system of measuring pillow pressure by using the Flexiforce force sensor is self-developed. The testing system controlled by TMS320F2812 DSP mainly includes Flexiforce force sensor, amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, DSP and serial communication Interface. And software design is based on DSP chip order and C language. The testing system realizes the data acquisition in multi-channel at one time, the data record and preservation and the real-time display, which is suitable for pressure comfort of pillow, and simple for operating and has an excellent performance.
     This paper based on self-designed experimental pillows which fit with human's head and neck curve proceed the subjective and objective assessing experiments to study the relation between pressure and comfort of pillow. In the subjective assessing experiment, we have analyzed the relation of the comfort and different subjective feeling of pillow by amount estimate method. And in the objective testing experiment used the Flexiforce pressure testing system, we have gotten the pressure value of different testing parts when lying on back and side, and the comfort range of pillow pressure by anylizing the relation between pillow pressure and comfort.
     By the method of combing the subjective and objective testing for evaluation the pillow pressure comfort or no, we establish a scientific and perfection evaluation standard. The results obtained are as follows: The comfort range of the pillow pressure is 0.555~0.687N for lying on back , 0.387~0.432N for lying on side,while the discomfort range of pressure is over 0.79N for lying on back, over 0.5N for lying on side. And the pressure of comfort pillow of lying on back is smaller than that of lying on side.
