不同水平高尔夫爱好者的肌肉力量、身体成分及体能的比较研究

摘要
本文对一般高尔夫爱好者的击球距离、差点和身体成分,等速肌肉力量,基础体能之间的相关关系进行了研究。本研究以击球距离在250(Y)以上下的15人以及差点以上下的17的15人为对象。对各人的Inbody3.0(韩)和围度进行了测量,而等速肌肉力量则利用Biodex(美)进行测量,并测量了机体的柔韧性,平衡性。据此得出了以下结论。
     1高尔夫爱好者的击球距离与其差点的相关系数为-0.61,即击球距离越远,则差点就越小,高尔夫水平越高,相关比较密切。
     2高尔夫击球距离与年龄负相关(r=-0.48),即随着年龄增长击球距离有下降趋势,而差点与年龄没有显著相关。说明年龄较大的选手更多的是通过提高其技术而提高高尔夫球水平的。
     3击球远的人具有相对较低的年龄、较高的身高、较大的瘦体重、较粗的大腿围和上臂围。而代表高尔夫水平的差点只与身体成分的瘦体重负相关。说明体型较小的高尔夫球选手要通过其它因素弥补力量不足。
     4击球远的人,向后弯曲的幅度更大。击球距离与代表平衡能力正相关。高尔夫球成绩不同者(差点不同)其柔韧性没有显著差异,但在平衡能力方面差异显著。
     5高尔夫球击球距离、差点与握力、背肌力量均相关密切。高尔夫球击球距离、差点与膝关节伸肌力量相关。高尔夫球击球距离、差点与肩关节的内旋、外旋力量相关。
     6要提高高尔夫球运动成绩,则不应片面追求击球距离,而是要全面提高身体机能,特别是提高平衡能力和握力、左肩力量。
This document describes the researches on the coherent relation among driving distance,handicap and body composition,constant speed,muscular strength and basic physical fitness for general golfers.The objects of this research include 30 persons for the driving distance below 250 yards and above 250yards,30 persons for handicap below 17 and above 17.We measure the Inbody3.0(KOREA) for each person.The constant speed and muscular strength is measured by Biodex(USA),the flexibility and balance ability are measured for the body.Based on these measurements,the following conclusions have been made:
     1.The correlation coefficient between the golf lover's hitting distance and the handicap is -0.61,that is to say,more far the hitting distance is,smaller the handicap is and higher the level of playing golf is.The correlation between them is comparatively close.
     2.It is a negative correlation between the hitting distance and the age(r=-0.48), in another word,with people aging,the hitting distance is decreasing.However, the handicap is not obviously correlated with the age.Therefore,it indicates that elder player always attaches more importance to improving the level of playing golf via the skill.
     3.Generally the player who hits golf shots more far,is comparatively younger, higher and slimmer,and with bigger thigh and upper-arm circumference, indicating that small golf player shall make up strength insufficiency in other ways.
     4.More far the hitting distance is,wider the player bends backward.It is a positive correlation between the hitting distance and the balancing capacity. The players with different playing results(handicaps) have no bigger difference in flexibility,but obvious difference in balancing capacity.
     5.The hitting distance and handicap are closely correlated with the holding power and back strength.They are also correlated,in a degree,with the extensor strength of knee joint,as well as internal and external rotation strength of shoulder joint.
     6.To increase the results of golf playing,shall not only focus on extending the hitting distance,instead,having a comprehensive improvement on the body building,especially on the balancing capacity,holding power and left shoulder strength.
