超细煤粉爆炸特性的实验研究与分析

摘要
本文在自行设计制作的容积为5.125升的圆柱形爆炸装置里,对不同的初始温度和压力、不同细度、不同浓度下神华烟煤和邢台贫煤超细煤粉空气混合物进行了爆炸实验研究。实验中采用高速数据采集系统获得了在各种工况煤粉空气混合物爆炸过程中的压力变化曲线,据此得到最大爆炸压力、最大压力变化率、爆炸持续时间和爆炸浓度下限等数据,分析了煤粉细度、气粉混合物浓度、初始温度和压力以及煤种等因素对超细煤粉爆炸特性的影响规律。所得实验结果对安全生产有重要的参考价值。
In a 5.125 liter cylindrical container, explosion experiments of two kinds of bituminous coal are carried out under different initialized temperature and pressure, different mean particle sizes and various coal particles concentrations. A dedicated pressure sensor and a high rate data acquisition system are incorporated. The sequence control based on the accurate electronic device is carefully implemented. The pressure histories are recorded. Through further data processing, the pressure rising rate and etc. are incorporated in the analysis. All the work and results will provide important reference for industry.
