新型饲草压捆机的研究

摘要
通过对我国天然饲草资源的分布状况和饲草饲料的实际供给情况的分析,认为在我国走饲草商品化、产业化的道路是畜牧业发展的必然需要,而开发饲草加工设备则是实现这一目标的重要环节。为此,通过分析论证,开发一种新型的、自动化程度高的饲草压捆设备----高密度饲草压捆机。
     对饲草在压捆时的应力松弛现象进行了试验研究,确定出在压捆过程的最大应力和松弛时间影响显著的因素;根据应力松弛试验的结论进行了整机的结构设计、参数设计和样机的生产,总结出样机在设计要求下的技术特征;根据实际生产的需要,设计并实现了压捆机的PLC自动控制系统;对样机的性能进行了试验研究,得到了压捆过程的密度----功耗曲线和回归方程,结果表明,压捆机样机达到了设计的要求。
By means of analyzing on the natural distribution and practically supplying condition of forage in china, a conclusion was drown out that merchandising and industrializing of forage was necessary, and developing forage processing equipments was the key procedure. Thus, the high density forage baler---a new type high automation forage baling equipment was developed.
    The stress relaxation was studied and the influencing factors on stress and relaxation time were also determined. On the basis of experimental conclusion gained from stress relaxation experiment, the overall structure of baler and its parameters were designed and the model machine was turned out. The technical characters were summarized. According to the practical requirement, the PLC automatic controlling system of baler was carried out; By studying the performance of the model machine, density梕nergetic consumption curves and regressive equation of baling process were obtained. The results proved that the baler had reached the requirement brought forward by design.
