基于Internet的电信竞争情报收集系统(CIS)研究与实践

摘要
本论文通过分析国内外竞争情报系统发展的理论与实践,结合中国电信企业的自身特点,为国内电信企业建设CIS提供了一个可行的解决方案。本文首先简要介绍了情报、竞争情报(CI)以及竞争情报系统(CIS)的含义,分析了竞争情报系统对企业的运作所起的作用,并归纳了国内外竞争情报系统发展的概况与现状。然后通过描述电信企业所面临的竞争态势与信息困惑,从电信行业发展背景、企业内部以及竞争情报系统的建设现状三个方面剖析了电信企业建设CIS的必要性,又从技术、经济和文化三个角度说明了电信企业建设CIS的可行性。
     第三章、第四章是本论文的核心部分,分别介绍了软件系统设计、软件系统的实现及结果分析。其中第三章主要提出了电信企业建设CIS要遵循的原则和最终要实现的目标,设计了电信企业CIS的总体架构、功能模块、数据流程,从这三个方面全面阐述了电信企业CIS平台的模型的搭建。
     论文最后是小结部分,指出了在电信企业在建设CIS的具体实践过程中还要解决的问题,以及待进一步探讨与研究的内容。
Through analyzing the theory and practice of domestic and overseas CIS development, and considering the characteristics of domestic telecom enterprises, the thesis provides a feasible solution for establishing CIS in domestic telecom enterprises.
     First of all, the thesis introduces the concept of intelligence, CI, and CIS briefly analyzes the CIS's effect on enterprises operation, and summarizes the general and present situation of domestic and overseas CIS development. Then, through describing the competition situation and information puzzle faced by the telecom enterprises, it analyzes the necessity of establishing CIS for telecom enterprises from three aspects that is the background of telecom industry, the inner of enterprises, and the construction state of CIS, and demonstrates the feasibility of establishing CIS for telecom enterprises from three angles of technologies, economics and cultures.
     Chapter Three and Four are the key part of this thesis which introduces the design, fulfillment and result analysis of software system. Chapter Three mainly proposes the principles and goals for establishing CIS in telecom enterprises, designs the whole framework of telecom enterprises' CIS, function module and dada flow from which explains roundly the set up of CIS platform's model.
     The final part is the conclusions which indicate the problems to be resolved and the contents to be discussed and researched deeply in the practical process of establishing CIS for telecom enterprises.
