商业信息系统研究

摘要
商业信息系统的发展与应用，加速了商业企业国际化、现代化的进程。实现商业信息化管理，已成为众多商家面对入世挑战所采取的实际行动。本文主要论述了作者所实际参与开发的北京碧溪广场商业信息系统。整个系统分为管理信息系统和办公自动化系统两大部分，管理信息系统又包括10个子系统。
本文首先介绍了我国商业信息系统的发展状况，并分析了目前商业信息系统建设中存在的问题。
然后根据北京碧溪广场对信息系统的要求，提出了适合其发展的系统建设方案，并对其进行了全面的系统分析，介绍了具体的设计细节。包括系统总体结构设计、子系统功能设计、代码设计和数据库设计。由于数据库设计的好坏直接影响着信息系统的成功，所以本文详细地描述了设计、实现碧溪广场信息系统数据库的整个过程。阐述了一个用以开发数据库应用系统的实用工具ERwin，用它设计数据库的逻辑模型，能大大提高逻辑模型的质量，减少设计时间和费用。
接下来本文介绍了办公自动化系统的开发，阐述了办公自动化系统的需求分析、功能设计，并总结了两种开发工具的特点(Lotus Domino／Notes和Microsoft Exchange)，经过比较分析，最后选择了Lotus Domino／Notes作为系统的开发工具。由于碧溪广场信息系统中有基于工作流以及协同操作的Domino系统，也有基于关系型数据库(RDBMS)的大量的事务处理的应用。如何有效地将两者联系起来，提供一个完美的企业集成环境，本文在这方面做出了一定的探讨，提出了实现Domino和RDBMS互访的一些方法。
最后本文介绍了系统实施的有关内容。
The development of commerce Information svstem accelerates the development of modernization. After China entered the WTO, many commercial enterprises develop the information management in order to rise to the challenge. In this thesis, the author expounds the commerce information system of Beijing Green Brook Pla瀉 which the author participates in developing. The whole system can be devided into two parts-management information system (MlS)and office automation system. MI?contains ten subsystems.
The thesis first presents the development situation in the commerce information system in China, and analyzes the insufficient aspects of current commerce information system,
Second, according to the requirement of Green Brook Pla, the thesis puts forth a suitable system construction plan as well as the total system analysis and the concrete details in the system design including the design of structure, subsystenK code and database. Because the database plays a very important role in MI? the thesis describes the whole process of the database design for Green Brook Pla瀉 information system in detail. A pragmatic tool named as ERwin for designing database system logical schema is discussed. With ERwin, the database system logical schema of high quality with minimum time and low cost can be reached.
Third, the thesis presents the development and research of the Office Automation system, expounds requirement and design of function, concludes the characters of two developing tools (Lotus Domino/Notes and Microsoft Exchange), and compares them. In the end, the author selects Lotus Domino/Notes as the system developing tool. Because the Green Brook Pla瀉 information system includes Domino system based on workflow management and database system based on RDBMS, it is important to combine both systems and implement a perfect integrative environment. The thesis provides some method on how to make Domino and Relation Database Manage System access each other.
Finally, the thesis introduces the content of system implement.
本文首先介绍了我国商业信息系统的发展状况，并分析了目前商业信息系统建设中存在的问题。
然后根据北京碧溪广场对信息系统的要求，提出了适合其发展的系统建设方案，并对其进行了全面的系统分析，介绍了具体的设计细节。包括系统总体结构设计、子系统功能设计、代码设计和数据库设计。由于数据库设计的好坏直接影响着信息系统的成功，所以本文详细地描述了设计、实现碧溪广场信息系统数据库的整个过程。阐述了一个用以开发数据库应用系统的实用工具ERwin，用它设计数据库的逻辑模型，能大大提高逻辑模型的质量，减少设计时间和费用。

The development of commerce Information svstem accelerates the development of modernization. After China entered the WTO, many commercial enterprises develop the information management in order to rise to the challenge. In this thesis, the author expounds the commerce information system of Beijing Green Brook Pla瀉 which the author participates in developing.
