智能网网络管理系统中业务评价系统的设计和实现

摘要
移动智能网技术发展到今天,已经在移动通信网上得到了广泛的应用。近几年来移动通信市场的竞争愈加激烈,用户也对移动通信的服务和质量提出了越来越高的要求。为了提高市场竞争力,确保移动智能网系统的正常运行,已成为运营商急迫的愿望和需求。
     本文结合运营商的需求,提出了基于移动智能网的业务评价系统解决方案,并详细介绍了业务评价系统的设计与开发实现。本系统建立智能网业务关键质量指标模型,综合体现智能网业务质量。总体上把握智能网的业务质量,同时能对各个网元的呼损进行监控。相应指标能够根据智能网业务不同网元之间的特性,采用数据表格、图形、告警、报告等形式输出相应数据,并提供给其他系统使用。能够按照设备等为线索检索查询相应的质量指标,能够有效提升智能网系统的综合评价能力,并节省网管中心的人工操作流程,提高故障诊断效率和提高运行维护管理的效率。考虑人工维护中发现的问题,利用其中人工输入数据和各个门户网站统计的对智能网业务的使用情况进行综合评估。
     第一章介绍了智能网网络管理系统中业务评价系统的相关背景知识和基本概念,接下来本章结合实际情况介绍了业务评价系统的特点与内容,并在本章最后介绍了网络管理系统评价的一般原则。根据运营商对业务评价系统的需求,重点描述了系统开发背景,引出业务评价系统的解决方案,并综合叙述了业务评价系统要实现的功能和设计特点。
     第二章说明了业务评价系统项目所用到的主要算法。第一节主要讨论了根据业务评价系统需求所设计的质量评价算法。质量评价算法作为本文重要的基础算法,根据获取到的数据指标计算出各网元的得分,来表示个网元的运行状况。第二节介绍了本文采用的业务评价系统所采用预测算法,本算法是一种基于线性拟合的趋势预测方法,它首先要根据已有的数据来对设备某一指标的未来发展趋势进行预测。
     第三章和第四章介绍了业务评价系统的具体设计和实现。业务评价系统基于模块化的设计,采用MRB消息中间件作为系统软件架构。第三章展开系统总体设计,包括业务评价系统总体架构、通信协议框架、子系统模块;第四章侧重于业务评价系统中部分核心功能模块的设计和实现,其中主要介绍了数据分析模块、趋势分析模块、故障分析模块以及日志分析代理的设计与实现。
     第五章本文对业务评价系统的初期试用情况进行了介绍,提出了业务评价系统的一种组网部署结构,对业务评价系统采用的可靠性技术进行了说明,并就业务评价系统目前应用中的不足和局限性,以及下一步发展前景进行了讨论。
With the feature of fast, economical, effective and convenient service launching, Mobile Intelligent Network has been applied widely in mobile telecom networks nowadays. Recently, with increasing demands of telecom subscribers, the competition among telecom carriers is becoming fiercer and fiercer. To maintain good customer relationship and high revenue flow, telecom operators are looking for quick and flexible ways to ensure smooth running of Mobile Intelligent Network systems and excavate potentials of current value-added services.
     Considering to the demand of operators, this paper proposes a solution named Service Analyzing System based on Mobile Intelligent Network. Service Analyzing System provides automatical assistance for maintenance and service statistics of Mobile Intelligent Network system. The paper discusses the design and implementation of Service Analyzing System in details.
     Firstly, the paper introduces the background and basic concept of the Mobile Intelligent Network Server Analyzing System. And it also expatiates on the character and content of the Server Analyzing System. At last part of the chapter give out the general principle of the Network System.In terms of operators' needs, chapter two focuses on the development background of Service Analyzing System and then gives a general description of the functions and designing features.
     Chapter 2 introduced the main algorithm of the Service Analyzing System. The first part focuses on the system used by the quality assessment algorithm, mainly from the general principles of the quality of the evaluation process, evaluation indicators set, the evaluation algorithm, the evaluation process, and evaluation algorithm, and several other aspects of the process are introduced. The second part presents the paper used Service Analyzing System used by the linear regression forecast algorithm, the algorithm is based on a linear fitting trend forecasting methods, it is first necessary to the basis of the data of the equipment to the future development of a target predict trends.
     Chapter 3 and 4 emphasize the design and implementation of the Service Analyzing System, which contains three function modules as web user access subsystem, service process subsystem and data collection subsystem. The software architecture, communication architecture, database and key function designs are discribed. Chapter 3 focuses on the general design, including the design of system structure, communication framework, subsystem module and database; while chapter 4 describes the design and implementation of some core functional modules.
     The last chapter introduces the application of Service Analyzing System. A possible network scheme is proposed. Technologies adopted to guarantee reliability are explained.Finally, the author points out the brief disadvantages of exiting Service Analyzing System system, and presents a few ways of improvement.
