办公自动化系统中基于Domino的网络技术的研究

摘要
本文对通信行业办公系统的开发应用及网络技术进行了研究。它的工程背景是为黑龙江省通信公司黑河市分公司开发一套实用的综合业务办公自动化系统。
     文章首先对开发办公系统的必要性进行了阐述。在全球经济一体化进程加快,通信市场的竞争将日益白热化。寻求更有效的经营管理已是通信企业的当务之急。因此,通信公司必须运用高科技信息网络技术打破传统经营管理模式,提高企业办公效率,以增强企业竞争力,树立高效率的现代企业新形象。这就要求建立一个新型的办公自动化系统。
     其次,本文介绍了构建OA系统的平台—Lotus/Domino的优良性能,如邮件技术、群件技术、复制技术、平台性产品等,对Client/Server结构进行了讨论。
     再次,重点介绍了基于Domino的网络技术。从Notes为远程服务所进行的必需的配置,到如何使移动用户远程访问数据库。Domino是一个工作组应用程序,它允许人们使用网络共享信息。Domino服务器和Lotus工作站可通过局域网(LAN)和广域网(WAN)进行通讯。
     最后,论述了系统设计方案及功能实现。
     本文所研究开发的办公信息系统,已成功应用于实际,取得了良好的应用效果,大大提高了企业内部管理水平及办公效率,具有广阔的工程应用前景。
This paper studies on the development using and network management technique of communication vocation Office Automation information integration. Its engineering background is a practical colligation operation Office Automation System which is explored for HeiHe City Filiale of HiLongJiang Province communication company.
    At the beginning of the article, there is the expatiate on needing of OAS. In the spring tide of market economy, how to use advanced computer net to manage system, issue enterprise dynamic information, receive market feedback information in time ,and manage all kinds of information effectively will be the important thing facing to any enterprise. For its service range enlarging continuously and service quality raising ,the mining vocation who goes in front of computer application request itself has further development and flight from quantity to quality on daily business , communication managing and management level. All of above need it to build a new OAS.
    Secondly, it introduces the choiceness capability of the platform of constructing OAS-Lotus/Domino, and its mail technique groupware technique and copy technique platform products Etc.,then its construction:Client/Server.
    Thirdly, introduces Domino network technique. From the Notes necessary configure for long-distance service to how to let the long-distance users visiting the database. Domino is the workgroup application ,who allow people using the net sharing information. Domino server and Lotus station can communicate through Lan and Wan.
    Finally, it discusses the designing project and functioning implement of the system.
    The researching of OA information integration system in this paper has been applied successfully and gained well application effect, and greatly increased management level and official efficiency inside the enterprise. It has broadly engineering application foreground.
