高科技企业的管理伦理研究

摘要
管理作为人类为实现一定目的而进行的有组织的社会实践活动,是人类社会生活一刻也离不了的,除了运用法律等强制性的管理手段外,还必须通过一定的伦理规范来调整人们之间的关系,协调人们之间的行为。
     企业管理伦理是伴随着企业管理实践活动而产生的一种特殊的道德现象,是以企业为行为主体,以企业经营管理的伦理理念为核心,贯穿于管理全过程的道德意识、道德关系与道德实践的总和。对管理伦理的关注和研究是理论界对公众及企业界普遍重视企业伦理所作出的积极反应,也是企业界重视管理伦理实践活动所导致的一个积极成果。
     二十一世纪的社会是一个以知识经济为主导的高科技企业社会,高科技企业已经成为一个国家或地区经济发展的主要支柱并决定其竞争优势,而管理伦理被称为卓越管理的“黄金法则”,又是企业取得最终成功的一个关键因素,由此可见高科技企业与管理伦理关系的重大,管理伦理是影响高科技企业良好运行和茁壮成长的一个重要方面。
     现代市场经济条件下的高科技企业还存在着各种各样的管理伦理问题,并且对人们的生活和环境造成了相当大的负面影响,成为高科技企业发展的障碍,需要人们正确认识和处理。
     追求良好的管理伦理,有助于企业获得最终的经济效益。现阶段我国高科技企业的管理伦理建设,必须从企业的内外部同时入手才能做到更全面,更彻底。首先应积极加强企业科技进步和管理创新,确立以人为本的管理伦理观和建设优秀的企业管理伦理原则;其次要努力提高高科技企业管理者和员工的伦理道德素质;最后需要不断地完善法律法规、加强组织规则和制度建设,同时融合东西方的先进管理思想,加强高科技企业文化建设。
As human beings' organized social practice for some purposes, management is unable to be separated from mankind 's social life anytime. Besides the forcing management ways such as law, some ethical rules are needed to adjust the relations and the actions among people.
    Management Ethics of the enterprise is a special moral phenomenon which accompanies with its management practice. It is the summation of moral consciousness, moral relation and moral practice in the whole management process which takes the enterprise as the main body of the behavior and takes the ethical principles of the enterprise management as the core. Concerning and studying Management Ethics is a positive response of the theory circles about the universal attention to Enterprise Ethics of the public and the enterprise circles. It is also a positive result of the enterprise circles which attaches importance to the practice of Management Ethics.
    It is a High-tech Enterprise society that is dominated by Knowledge Economy in the 21st century, in which the High-tech Enterprises have become the chief support to the econoimic development of a nation or area and have decided their predominance in competition. Management Ethics is taken as "golden principle" of excellent management and a key factor of an enterprise's final achievement. This shows the important connection between the High-tech Enterprise and Management Ethics. Management Ethics is an important aspect which affects the well operation and healthy development of the High-tech Enterprise.
    In the condition of the modern Market Economy, there are also various kinds of the problems of Management Ethics in the High-tech Enterprises, which have resulted in some bad influences to the people's life and
    
    
    environment. These problems have become the obstacles to the development of the High-tech Enterprises. They must be understood and handled by people rightly too.
    It is beneficial for an enterprise to pursue good Management Ethics for gaining the final economic profit. Management Ethics of the High-tech Enterprises can de built more completely and thoroughly only if it is done in the interior and exterior of them at the same time in our country nowadays. Firstly the scientific and technical progress as well as the innovation of enterprise management must de strengthened positively, the view of Management Ethics about attaching importance to person should be established and the excellent Management Ethics principles of the enterprise should be constructed; Secondly the moral qualities of the supervisors and employees in the High-tech Enterprises should be enhanced strongly; Finally the laws must be completed constantly, the rules and regulations of the organizations should be reinforced, the advanced management ideas of the east and west world should be mixed, and the culture of High-tech Enterprise should be constructed intensively.
