南昌市室内外PM_(2.5)中多环芳烃的来源及其相关性分析

摘要
PAHs是一类具有致癌特性的持久性污染物。它来源广泛,植物合成、人类吸烟、烹调、燃烧化石燃料等均会产生;同时,它在环境中能长期存在并转化,因此对环境和人类健康有重要影响。空气中的PAHs易吸附在颗粒物上,特别是粒径小于2.5μm的细粒子。准确把握空气中PAHs的污染现状及其来源,能为有效控制多环芳烃污染,保护人类健康提供科学依据。
     为了全面地反映南昌市室内外PAHs污染现状和主要来源,本研究在八一广场、南昌二中老校区、荣昌小区、罗家集及梨园小区选择了5个居民住宅采样点,于2008年春末夏初进行气溶胶PM_(2.5)室内外同步采样。然后利用超声波萃取、氮吹浓缩仪器浓缩和高效液相色谱法测定多环芳烃浓度。
     根据各采样点测得的数据,通过因子分析法判断出各采样点室内外PM_(2.5)上PAHs的主要来源,再利用相关分析确定各采样点室内外PAHs的相关性。结果表明南昌市室内外PM_(2.5)上PAHs具有较好的相关性。
PAHs is one kind permanent pollutant which has the carcinogenic characteristic. It originates widely, for example: the phytosynthesis, the smoking, the cooking, the combustion of fossil fuel and so on; and at the same time, it can long-stands and transforms in the environment, therefore it has importance effect to the environment and human health. PAHs are easy to be adsorbed on the particles in air, Specially the thin granule whose diameter is smaller than 2.5μm. The understanding of occurrence, sources and fates for PAHs on fine particulate matter is the basis of controlling PAHs pollution efficiently, thus reducing personal intake and protecting human health.
     In order to reflect the pollute situation of PAHs of Nanchang indoor and outside and the important source comprehensively, Five resident housing sampling point are setted in Bayi squares, the Nanchang second middle school districts, the Rongchang plots, the Luo fair and the Liyuan plot, and the fine particulate matter in ambient air were collected at the beginning of summer of 2008. The collected samples were extracted by Ultrasonic extraction,concentrated by Kuderna-Danish concentractor and blowing high purity nitrogen in sequence,then High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) were used to analyze the pretreated samples.
     Based on the determined data at various sampling areas, the main sources of PAHs on fine particulate matter (PM_(2.5)) of NanChang indoor and outside were estimated by Factor Analysis Method.
