葛洲坝和三峡电站检修模式研究及其检修信息管理

摘要
葛洲坝枢纽是长江干流上第一座特大型水利工程,也是三峡水利枢纽的调节水库和航运梯级。随着电力经营的市场化,人们对电力产品的品质要求日益提高。随着2003年的到来,三峡工程也将投入运行,这就迫切需要一套适合两站枢纽设备、设施检修的保障体系,同时建立一套与之相适应的计算机系统来辅助水电厂检修运行管理,使检修管理水平按国际一流标准进行管理,从而使电力生产管理模式与电力生产经营市场化接轨。
     本文首先针对国内外检修现状进行了分析,并结合葛洲坝电站二十年来的检修经验与教训进行总结与剖析。其次,文章还论述了两座电站集中检修技术与管理的复杂性,从理论和实践两个方面论证了集中检修模式实现的必要性和可行性,以及新模式需要检修信息管理系统强有力的支持。本文结合实际,提出了检修信息管理设计原则,进行了信息管理需求分析和系统设计,还简单介绍了检修信息系统实现及效果。
     葛洲坝和三峡电站集中检修模式及其信息管理的研究,是基于理论和应用的结合统一。它不但为现在运行水电站提供了一个模型,还为电厂管理信息系统的建设和检修管理的经营决策提供了指南。
The key water control project of Ge Zhou Bai is the first irrigation works which has been built in the main stream of the Yangtze, it is the regulation reservoir of the key water control project of the Three Gorges too. With marketization of electric power manage, the quality of electric power products required by people is improving day by day. In 2003, the key water control project of the Three Gorges will operate, which This need a safeguard system that adapts to the pivot equipments and facilities overhaul urgently, and setting up one relevant computer system to assist managing mechanism of overhauling and running with hydroelectric power plant, to make the management level of overhaul stride forward to the world first-class standard.
    Firstly, this text analyses the current situation of overhaul both at home and abroad, it also summarizes and analyses the experience and message of overhaul with Ge Thou Ba hydropower station over the past 20 years. Secondly, the article proves the complexities of centralize overhaul and technology and management with two hydropower stations; the task is arduous; it needs the powerful supporting of the overhauling information management system. This text realities, it has proposed the designing principle of the overhauling information management; carried on demand analysis; designed the overhauling project of the information system logically; it also simply introduces the assists analytical method and model by the management information system with the overhauling project.
    The designing and studying of Ge Thou Ba-Three Gorges centralized-overhaul model, has based on the combination of theoiy and using unify. It not only offers one model for running the power station now, but also offers the guide for power plant construction of the management information system and business decision of overhauling management.
