银行设备维护管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着中国进入WTO,金融市场也逐步向世界开放,国外的银行纷纷进入中国。国内银行为了使自己在这场竞争中处于优势地位,各家银行展开了一场技术革新,多种自动化的银行应用系统纷纷上线,银行的应用系统也越来越复杂。与此同时,银行的业务越来越依赖于应用系统的稳定运行,而银行各部门和外部客户都对应用设备的支持服务提出了更高的要求。本文在分析国内外银行设备维护现状的基础上,结合中国农业银行某分行一个实际工程项目,讨论了银行系统中的设备维护管理系统的设计与实现问题。同时设计与实现了一套主要针对自助设备和银行应用系统设备的维护与管理系统。主要工作如下:
     1、分析了国内外银行设备维护现状,调研了中国农业银行XX分行设备维护状况,针对该银行对于设备维护所关心的问题,将系统设计为数据采集功能模块和综合管理功能模块两大部分,对每部分的设计与功能实现进行了详细描述。
     2、采用MVC模式,实现系统按模块分布,解决了管理系统的BS设计实现问题;利用ADAPTER模式的设计理念,设计了数据采集上送接口,解决了跨平台跨设备种类数据采集问题。运用了JSP(Java Server Pages)动态网页技术和模块化设计和人性化导航设计,解决了综合管理模块部分后期维护问题。
     3、综合管理模块的设计基于J2EE各项技术,采用三层软件架构和MVC设计模式,将系统所有数据处理和业务逻辑封装在各个EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans)组件中,实现系统按模块分布。系统的开发与维护灵活简洁,可移植、可扩展,与平台无关,并可跨越多个数据库,具有较高的运行效率和稳定性。
     综上所述,实现了一套银行设备综合管理系统软件,一定程度上满足了银行对于设备维护管理的需求。
With entry into the WTO, guadually, the financial markets in China open to the world and more and more foreign banks come into this country. In order to occupy the dominant role in the fierce competition, a technological revolution happened in this field, all sorts of automatic bank application systems came into market, as well, the systems also bacame complicated increasingly. In the meanwhile, the transactions of bank rely on the stability of the application systems, greater demands on the supportive services of application equipment are called for by the departments and thier external customers of the bank. In this paper, with analysis on the maintance situations of the equipments of the domestic and foreign bank and combination to a project of ABC, the problem on the design and implementation of equipment matintenance management system of banks is discussed, and finally, the equipment matintenance management system for self-service and application system equipment is designed and implemented. The main task is as follow:
     1. Analysis on the situation of the maintanence of the equipments of the domestic and foreign banks and researches on the condition of equipment maintanence in certain branch of ABC. Based on the principal issues of equiment maintanence of this bank, two modules, which are called as data acquisition modules and integrated managment modules, compose the whole system and both the design and implemtation of them are particularly described in this paper.
     2. In order to solve the issue on design and implementation of BS of the management system, the distribution of system is implemented according to the modules with the merits of MVC. To solve the problem on data collection cross platforms and inter-equipment, the interface of data delivery is designed by using ADAPTER models. For the purpose of issues of integrated management module of the late maintanence, JSP dynamic web page technique, modular design and humanized navigation design are adopted.
     3.The design of integrated managment module, which is composed by three levels of software architecture and MVC disign pattern, is based on the J2EE technology to achieve the distribution according to modules by encapsulation of the whole data -process and transaction logic in EJB(Enterprise JavaBeans). The development and maintanence of this system is symple, flexible, portable, efficient, stable, platform-independent and inter-databese.
     In summary, a set of integrated management system software of banking equipment, which aims to meet the demands of equipment managment and maintanence of bank, is implemented in this dessertation.
