基于局域网的数字化监控系统的设计与实现

摘要
网络技术的飞速发展和普及使得越来越多的系统以越来越快的速度通过IP网络互联起来,由此所带来技术创新和产品创新也在不断的提高企业的工作效率、降低运营成本。在这样的背景下,用户对安防监控系统也有了更高的要求:希望视频监控、门禁、入侵检测、周界防护、消防、报警等系统能够向网络中的各种组件一样联动起来,从而大大提高对防护对象的保护程度,缩减响应时间,有效避免灾难的发生或降低灾难损失,这就要求固守传统已久的安防产业积极的采纳IT技术,通过网络实现各个子系统和组件的互联和联动。
     数字安防综合智能监控系统正是集音视频监控、安防报警等功能于一体的综合监控系统。
     数字监控系统以其能实时、形象、真实的反映被监控对象的特性,逐渐成为现代化管理、监测、控制的重要技术手段之一。与传统的第一、第二代多媒体监控系统相比,第三代多媒体远程监控系统具有体积小、图像质量稳定、远距离监控等优点,具有良好的应用与发展前景。
     本文课题以大型变电站监控应用为背景,构建了一个流媒体视频服务器系统。该系统主要对变电站的各种设备进行五遥(遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调、遥视),并对一些异常现象进行报警与纪录,从而实现无人值守的目的。
     本文的核心内容是数字安防系统中转发服务器与录像服务器的设计与实现。该系统通过模块化的软件设计思想,对该系统的各模块进行了划分与细化。通过自定义的通信协议实现各模块之间的命令发送,其中命令部分采用TCP/IP协议;视频流数据采用UDP/组播的形式发送。转发服务器通过硬盘录像机厂商提供的软件开发包对硬盘录像机实行各种操作,并从硬盘录像机中捕获视频数据及其他一些相关参数发送给该系统的其他模块;录像服务器实现录像保存及回放功能。
The rapid development and popularization of network technology have been leading to the connection of more and more systems with more and more quickly speed. And the technological innovation and product innovation following have been bringing out the improve efficiency of the enterprises and the reduced costs. Therefore the security monitoring system was required to fulfill higher requirements. It is hoped that video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, fire protection and alarm systems are able to connect with each other like the various components of network, which can improve the protection level greatly, reduce the response time and prevent the occurrence of a disaster or reduce disaster losses effectively. Therefore security industry, which sticks to the traditional for a long time, should adopt IT technology positively and fulfill the linkage of each components and subsystems through the network.
     Digital Security Monitoring System is an integrated monitoring system including the function of audio and video monitoring, security alarms and so on.
     Digital monitoring system has been becoming one of the most important mean for modem management, monitoring and control because of its ability of reflecting the characteristics of the object being monitored vividly. The third-generation remote multimedia monitoring system is small and able to offer stable image, long-distance monitoring and so on. It has a good application and development prospects comparing with first and second-generation.
     This paper builds a video stream server system subject to large-scale transformer substation monitoring application for the background. The main purpose of this system is to monitoring all kinds of devices in the transformer substation. Alarm and record some exceptional emergencies to achieve unmanned monitoring.
     The core content of the digital monitoring system in this paper is a transmit server and video server design and implementation. The system divideds the various modules with the modular software design ideas. Sent commands by user-defined communication protocols. Some of the commands use TCP / IP protocol, video streaming datas using UDP / multicast protocol to send. The transmit servers operate the DVR with SDK implying by the manufacturers, and capture video datas and other relevant parameters from the DVR to sent to the other system modules. Video servers implement to save and playback videos.
