亿阳移动综合网络管理系统小区分析的设计与实现

摘要
移动网管系统作为网络运行的自动指挥系统,应该能为网络建设的科学决策、资源的合理调配、网络性能的及时优化提供基础分析手段,应该能够提供强大网络运行数据分析模型以及分析工具。
     为适应联通移动通信网络的迅猛发展,在网管体系结构分层架构、数据库模型设计、功能模块分布、整体性能优化等方面,亿阳移动综合网络关系系统以TMN的设计思想为基础,兼顾体系结构的适应性和可靠性,借鉴、吸取大型应用软件的经验,合理采用领先的系统平台和应用开发环境,保证了该系统的实用性和开发性,实现了用户的灵活需求和系统整体稳定性的统一。其包含:
     一体化的设计思路;
     广泛的应用适应性;
     分层的网管体系结构。
     网优支撑系统包括小区监控和小区分析,意在将无线网络数据、路测、定点测试数据与数字化地图相结合,直观反映全网的无线网络运行状况。对无线网络的运行状况、覆盖分布、信号质量、话务分布、用户投诉等情况进行集中监控,建立起网络优化和建设规划的基础数据。逐步建立网络优化方案集中制作、优化效果集中评估、无线资源统一调度、分区测试的优化模式。
     该论文的主要研究范围为网络优化支持子系统中的小区分析。让它可以实现对基站数据进行分析,并通过图形、列表等方式呈现分析结果。具体能实现的功能有:小区信息查询(各部分属性信息、性能查询、小区临区查询、临区高级查询、指定品电同邻查询);分析模板(分析数据、分析模板属性、分析模板的删除)专题分析结果(DT分析及结果);自定义范围内话务量分析。
With the rapid development of Beijing Unicom’s GSM network recently, equipment and services get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh constantly. To monitor these equipments in time and raise our competitive ability, we need new administration of network which is flexible and expansible with the increased network capability.
     Before administration of network only gave alarms and monitor the performance, it didn’t integrate the optimizer function. That is to say, administration and optimizer is independent that is inconvenient to optimize the network. For the future administration of network will integrate both and bring the most efficiency.
     The purpose of Yi yang’s administration of network is to integrate optimizer system with administration system, forming centralized optimizer network system. With combining the digital map, it can present the whole network’s state at terminal of administration system. It can transfer conveniently all data which is necessary to optimizer and layout, and monitor the network’s state、cover distributing、signal quality、traffic distributing concentratively. It also can lookup and deal with the problem of network, and setup the base data of optimizer and layout. ALL these data can instead the dispersive optimizer style, improve efficiency and quality, reduce personnel quantity and workload. The key purpose of this system is to realize the integrate data’s administration, associate and count the data, and then evaluate the quality of the network.
     The Yi yang’s flat roof of administration、optimizer、performance can integrate monitor and optimizer effectively. It brings the great advantage to the monitor engineer and optimizer engineer.
     This paper introduces how the Yi yang’s administration of network is exploited, and what’s the content.
     The first chapter in this text introduce the background of research, and it’s necessary to import the integrate administration. This chapter also introduces the purpose and orientation of the system. Then this paper’s content is given.
     The second chapter introduces the concept of monitor and optimizer, their characteristic, then gives the conclusion of the base principle that is based cell monitor and cell analysis. This chapter also give the system run environment、system capability requirement、system access style.
     The third chapter introduces the main design and principle. This include the following content: the whole design、interface design、database design、the workload of optimizer part、error and maintenance.
     The forth chapter present the part of alarm of Yi yang’s administration of network.
     The fifth chapter present the part of cell optimizer and performance of Yi yang’s administration of network, introduce which function can realized.
     The last chapter is the summarization.
     By the research of this paper, we can prove the validity that extending the data from the administration flat and importing the optimizer module.
     We believe that this paper can drive the more development of administration technology of mobile communication’s network.
