广州大学城信息总控系统的研究与设计

摘要
本论文致力于广州大学城信息总控系统的研究与设计。广州大学城集中了十所大学和众多公用设施,如何以最有效的手段管理大学城的信息资源是广州市政府十分重视的问题。目前,各校以及城市公用设施分别建设了自己的信息系统,如果不能有机地将各信息系统连接起来,那么各信息子系统实际上变成了一个个信息孤岛,各学校或各部门之间很难做到信息资源共享。为了满足大学城实现快速、高效、节约及全智能化的城市管理需求,大学城建设一个信息总控系统就成了亟待研究解决的问题。
     本文分析了广州大学城现有十所大学和公用设施信息系统存在的问题和对整个大学城城市信息系统进行集成的需要,提出了城市信息总控系统的总控功能关系、运作模式、总体设计方案、系统架构、应用系统支撑平台、系统支撑环境结构、产品布置方案等。本论文完成的主要工作有:
     对广州大学城信息总控系统的需求进行了细致分析,包括管理模式、服务方式、创造模式、功能关系、系统平台和应用软件需求、性能需求估算等,从而确定了大学城信息总控系统的功能目标。
     设计了广州大学城信息总控系统的总体设计方案,提出了总控系统的组成内容:系统支持平台、中央数据库、业务应用系统,提出了系统基础架构和软件体系架构。
     完成了应用系统支持平台的设计,提出了数据交换平台、信息安全服务平台、校区级BMS及城市级公用设施综合集成平台的具体建设方案。
     完成了系统支撑环境的结构设计,包括网络系统、服务器系统、区域存储系统。提出了具体的产品布置方案,包括设备的参数、端口配置、性能和数量。
This thesis is devoted to the investigation and design of the integrated information system for Guangzhou University City. In the city there are 10 newly-built universities and many municipal facilities, and how to manage the University City with the most valid means is a very thoughtful of problem for Guangzhou municipal government. Currently, the universities and municipal facilities have built their isolated information systems respectively, which information resources can not be shared. To meet the requirements of rapid, efficient, optimized and intelligent management of the University City, it is very important to study the method to build an integrated information system in the city.
     Based on analyzing the problems of present information systems of the universities and municipal facilities, and the practical requirements of the integrated information system for the city, the thesis puts forward the solutions covering the aspects of general function relationship, operation mode, general design scheme, system architecture, supporting platform of the application system, supporting foundation structure and products configuration. The thesis has completed the following works: By analyzing the detailed requirements such as management mode, service mode, creation mode, function relationship, system platform and application software of the integrated information system, the function target is confirmed.
     Put forward the general design scheme which consists of system support platform, service application system, foundation structure and software architecture.
     Put forward the detailed solution of the application system supporting platform, which consists of data switch platform, information security service platform, BMS platform, central database, GIS platform and video monitoring platform.
     Complete the foundation structure design which consists of network, servers, storage system, and completing the detail products configuration such as parameters, ports, performance and quantities.
