基于短信平台的铁路订票模型研究

摘要
目前火车已经成为人们出行的主要交通工具之一。火车票在客流高峰时期不易购买。目前铁路客票销售方式主要有火车站售票厅窗口售票,代售点售票以及电话订票。
     为了缓解铁路部门的售票压力,为旅客提供多种途径的购票方式,通过分析2005年下半年在中国出现的铁路短信订票的例子以及阅读短信平台的文献资料,设计了一个基于短信平台的铁路订票模型。
     订票模型有3个关键模块:SP通信模块,Sp业务处理模块以及订票信息交互模块。
     SP通信模块需要和通信公司的互联网短信网关相连,以实现SP端MO短信的接收以及MT短信的发送;采用C++ Builder编写基于中国移动CMPP协议的网络程序实现与移动手机用户的通信功能。SP业务处理模块主要是分析用户短信内容,查询数据库,并将给用户的回复短信内容写入数据库;利用SQL Server存储过程与触发器技术来实现这些功能;对单步交互式订票业务、组合交互式订票业务以及信息查询业务进行了设计与实现;对规则短信与模糊短信的处理方法进行了研究与实现。订票信息交互模块需要与铁路部门的客票系统连接,且需要铁路部门提供客票系统的接口协议,本文完成了订票数据的准备工作。
     最后,利用模拟网关,在实验室的机器上实现了SP通信实验以及SP业务处理实验,并给出了演示图和测试数据,证明了开发方法的可行性。
     短信订票的应用,可以给旅客购票提供方便,缓解铁路部门售票压力,可以作为窗口售票以及电话订票的有益补充,同时可以给有关部门带来经济利益。
At present, train has become one main vehicle for passengers. It is hard for passengers to buy train ticket when there are a lot of railway passengers. Nowadays, the train ticket main selling methods are as follows: train station window selling, agent selling and telephone reservation.
     In order to reduce the pressure of ticket selling of the railway department and to provide railway passengers more ticket reservation methods, by analyzing examples of railway ticket reservation first appearing in China in 2005 second half year and reading papers about short message service platform, a railway ticket reservation model based on short message service platform is designed, which has three key modules: SP communication module, SP service processing module and ticket reservation information exchanging module.
     The SP communication module needs to be connected with the internet short message gateway of the communication corporation, to realize the receiving of MO short message and the sending of MT short message at the SP part. A network program based on China Mobile CMPP protocol is programmed using C++ Builder to achieve the communication function with China Mobile phone user. The main function of SP service processing module is to analyze the content of user' s short message, to query the database ,to produce the answering message and write it to the database. The function of SP service processing module is realized by using the database stored procedure and database trigger technology. The single step interactive ticket reservation service、combined interactive ticket reservation service and information query service are designed and realized.The processing methods about regular short message and fuzzy short message are researched and realized. The ticket reservation information exchanging module needs to connect with the ticket system of the railway department and needs the interface protocol of the ticket system, the preparation of ticket reservation data is accomplished.
     In the last, under the simulated short message gateway, SP communication experiment and SP service processing experiment are demonstrated and the demo graph and experiment data are given, which verify that the development method is feasible.
     The application of short message ticket reservation can provide convince for the ticket buying of passengers, can reduce the pressure of ticket selling of the railway department and can be a good complement of window ticket selling and telephone ticket reservation, at the same time, it can bring economic benefits to the related departments.
