基于JSP构建网上订餐系统的设计与实现

摘要
信息技术被称为“第四次工业革命”,互联网技术使人们获取更及时、更详细、更准确的信息。在这样的背景下电子商务产生了,网上购物已经成为最时尚、方便、安全的购物方式之一,越来越多的人们选择了网上购物,更多的产品也在网上交易。网上订餐系统的开发目的就是为了方便消费者的日常生活。
     网络餐饮作为一种新型餐饮交易方式,在餐饮界竞争中取得了重大成功,对企业而言,更是对传统餐饮服务的突破。跟传统餐饮业相比较,其优势如下:1方便快捷、消费者不需要到店铺消费;2成本低:不需要占用大量的场地;3管理方便:通过信息化平台进行管理。此网站功能包括前台客户个人使用功能,后台管理员使用功能因此网站的功能分为前台会员使用功能、后台管理员使用功能及论坛交流三大功能模块。其中客户使用功能包含信息查询与浏览信息,交易管理,反馈意见功能,和对客户信息的收集和管理功能。
     网上订餐用户论坛系统模块是典型的电子商务网站系统(MIS),该系统采用成熟的B/S架构,使用开放源代码的JSP语言,其主要内容包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。我们把一般餐饮服务普遍性业务的需求、论坛技术和网站建设知识结合,利用SQL Server 2000数据库管理系统、JSP应用程序设计,JSP数据库连接技术等开发技术进行了系统的实施开发。达到用户在线交流、产品反馈等功能,通过这些功能来更迅速、准确的了解用户的需要,满足用户的要求,提高服务质量水平,从而扩大消费群体,实现利润最大化的目的。
Information technology is considered to be“The 4th Industry Revolution”. Network technology makes people get information faster, more particularly, more precisely. EC is based on this background. Shopping online is becoming one of the most fashionable, most convenient, the safest way. More and more people choose shopping online and more products are sold online. The purpose of developing On-line subscribing meal is that make consumer more convenient in routine life.
     On-line subscribing conduct and act a kind of new dining trade way, obtaining the graveness success in the dining field competition, to business enterprise, is also the breakthrough that serves to the traditional dining. Comparing with the traditional dining industry, its advantage is as follows: 1st more convenient and faster, the consumer doesn't need to the store to consume, 2nd the cost is lower: Don't need to take up a great deal of place, 3rd manage conveniently: Carrying on a management through an information-based platform. This website function includes stage customer's personal usage function, backstage the managing person use function therefore website of the function is divided into stage a member to use function, backstage a managing person to use the function and forum to communicate three major function mold piece. Among them, the customer uses the function containment information search with browse information, trade a management, the feedback opinion function, with to the collections and the management function of customer's information.
     On-line subscribing customer forum system mold piece is the typical management information system(MIS), that system adoption mature B/S structure, the usage opens the JSP language of the source code, its main contents includes the establishment and maintenance and head application procedure of the backstage database to develop two aspects. We combine the need, the forum technique and website construction knowledge of general dining service catholicity business, making use of the Mysql database management system, JSP application program design, the JSP database conjunction technique etc. development the technique carried on the implement of the system a development. Attain on-line exchanges, the product feedback of customer etc. function, come through these functions more quick, the demand of the accurate understanding customer, satisfy the request of the customer, raise the service quality level, extend to consume community thus, carry out the purpose that the profits maximize.
