基于WEB技术的兼职教师信息系统的研究与实现

摘要
随着我国高职教育的发展,建立一支规范、高素质的兼职教师队伍,对推进高校的人事制度改革和师资队伍建设具有十分重大的战略意义和现实意义。高职高专学院的兼职教师信息系统的设计,目的就在于对高校兼职教师信息进行管理分析,以达到对兼职教师信息的科学化、正规化管理,为学校整体师资建设规划提供决策依据。
     在充分分析高职院校现实情况及需求的基础之上,本文提出了高校兼职教师信息系统设计方案,并运用.NET技术完成系统的实现。针对高职院校用户对教学效果评价的要求,本文首先构建出评价指标体系,然后运用AHP法对指标体系进行权重设计,再将模糊综合评判应用在教学效果评价体系中,最终建立了本系统的综合评价模型。本文的核心内容是高校兼职教师信息系统通过采用模糊综合评判法计算高校兼职教师的教学效果评价得分的实现过程。
With the development of higher vocational education in China, it was strategic and significance to promote the reform of human resource system in higher vocational college by establishing a standard, high quality of part-time lecturers’team. In order to follow development of current situation, the part-time lecturers' information system in colleges was designed. The major purposes of designing were managing and analyzing the part-time lecturers information in college, and then achieving scientific, standardized management of the part-time lecturers information, providing the decision-making suggestions for colleges’human resourse development plan from perspective view.
     Based on analysis of reality and requirements of vocational colleges on part-time lectuers management, the thesis designed the part-time lecturers information system through .NET technology. According to the requirements of teaching effect evaluation by college users, the thesis set up the evaluation index system firstly, and then, current report designed indexs’weights by AHP (analytic hierarchy process), following that, the paper employed fuzzy mathematics on the designed sytem, and established the comprehensive evaluation model finally. The core content of the current thesis was introducing implementation procedure of part-time lecturers information system to conduct teaching effect evaluation through fuzzy mathematics.
