基于Internet的机械设备的远程故障诊断中若干问题的研究

摘要
“基于Internet的机械设备的远程故障诊断技术”是近年来伴随着网络技术的高速发展,融合传统的故障诊断与计算机科学、通信等学科领域的先进科学技术而发展起来的一项新技术。随着对机械设备故障诊断复杂性和准确性要求的增加,以往的单机故障诊断系统已经不能满足要求。所以“基于Internet的机械设备的远程故障诊断技术”的研究、发展和应用就越来越显得迫切和重要。
     本论文从“基于Internet的机械设备的远程故障诊断技术”的框架、体系出发,对相关领域的知识进行了阐述。本课题是在实际应用中提出的,所以在课题的研究工作中,也时刻考虑到与原有单机版软件的融合问题以及实际的应用情况。
     在论文的核心部分,主要对下面几个问题进行了阐述:
     1、怎样使远程故障诊断系统的软、硬件环境与原有的单机版相融合,这包括网站建设、网络硬件设备的接入和配置问题。
     2、客户端与诊断中心的信息传递,这包括数据如何安全的进行传输的问题、数据传输时需要遵守的各项协议以及在信息传递过程中双方的交互,尤其是即时交互问题。
     3、各种数据库——多媒体数据库和轴承库、传动系统参数库、设备简图库等专业数据库——的建设与网上检索问题。
     在课题的完成过程中,本人始终是根据研究所以及客户的实际情况来设计的,如:网站建设中的安全问题和图片选取问题;即时交互中的触发问题;数据库检索中临时库的建立问题;网络数据库查询时的模糊查询与精确查询相结合的问题等等。
     随着远程故障诊断技术相关领域的各项技术的进步,远程故障诊断技术本身也必将得到蓬勃发展。但是无论怎样发展,其研究成果必须适用于企业的现实情况。本课题的研究,将以能使企业“以最低的成本,实现最迅速、最高质量的机械故障诊断”为最终目标。
"The technology of remote fault diagnosis about mechanical equipments based on Internet" is one new technology. It is developed following the quick development of Network; it combines traditional fault diagnosis with computer science and communication technology. The complicacies and veracities of remote fault diagnosis about mechanical equipments increased, and the old PC system of fault diagnosis could not finish the diagnostic work. So the research N developments and application of "the technology of remote fault diagnosis about mechanical equipments based on Internet" become more and more exigent and important.
    This paper starts with the frame and the system of "the technology of remote fault diagnosis about mechanical equipments based on Internet" , in succession, it expatiates the technologies interrelated to remote fault diagnosis. This paper is brought forward from practical application, and its research also combines with the old PC system and practical application.
    In the kernel part of this paper, it mostly expatiates following several problems:
    K How to combine the system of the software and hardware of remote fault diagnosis with the old system. That includes the problem of establishing one website, the problem of network interface and the scheme of hardware.
    2, The message transmission between users and diagnosis center concludes the problem of sending messages safely , the protocols of sending messages and the interaction between users and diagnosis center when transferring messages, especially on-line interaction .
    SN How to build all kinds of databases ---- multimedia databases
    and professional databases , such as bearing parameter database, transmission system parameter database, equipment drawing database, and so on. And how to search data from these databases on-line.
    During my research, the real status of our graduate school ?
    "Institute of Vibration Engineering of DLUT" and users was thought
    over all the time. For example, the problems of website safety; the
    problems of how to choosing mechanical pictures; the problems of the
    burst of on-line interaction; how to build temporary database when
    
    
    
    searching data; how to deal with the relation, of "exact search" and "fuzzy search" .
    The technology of remote fault diagnosis will develop quickly with ths advancement of the relating technologies. And the research production must be fit for the real status of users. The uppermost object of his paper is that user can achieve.the fault diagnosis and with highest quality through "remote fault diagnosis" , but the cost is the lowest.
