基于SOPC无人值勤变电站远程图像监控系统的研究

摘要
无人值勤变电站监控系统用于电力企业总控中心对下属多个变电站的运行状况进行实时监视、遥控和记录。目前电力系统大力推广的无人值勤变电站,基本实现了对变电站主设备的监控,能够对变电站进行遥测、遥信、遥调、遥控,但无法了解变电站的现场环境,无法实现真正意义上的无人值勤。
     本文研究基于目前业界领先的SOPC技术,以Altera公司大规模可编程FPGA芯片EP1C12Q240C8为载体,以嵌入式软核处理器NiosⅡ和嵌入式操作系统μCLinux为核心,设计了无人值勤变电站远程图像监控系统。
     本文的中心工作围绕无人值勤变电站远程图像监控系统的硬件设计中各个独立的模块进行。这些模块包括:嵌入式核心模块、视频信号采集与JPEG压缩模块、网络接口模块、系统供电模块,同时对在硬件设计中采甩的一些增强系统抗干扰能力,提高系统的可靠性的方法简要做了介绍。
     在硬件设计的基础上,展开了无人值勤变电站远程图像监控系统的软件设计,系统软件分为两个部分:驱动程序部分和应用软件部分。在驱动程序部分对μCLinux系统驱动程序设计分析后着重阐述了设备文件的开发步骤,编写了I~2C和ZR36060的驱动程序。应用软件部分介绍了在μCLinux系统中实现B/S架构的Web服务器,系统的工作流程,并简要介绍了CGI程序的开发步骤。
     通过运行本文研究设计的无人值勤变电站远程图像监控系统的实验表明系统具有较好的稳定性,能完全实现通过以太网对无人值勤变电站的远程监控。
The unattended transformer substation supervisory system is mainly used in the electric power enterprise control center to carry through the real-time surveillance, the remote control and the record to the many subordinate transformer substations' working condition. At present the electrical power system vigorously promotes the unattended transformer substation. This system has basically realized to the major equipments monitoring of transformer substation, and can carry on the telemetering, the remote signaling, the remote regulating and the remote control of the transformer substation. But it is unable to monitor the transformer substation's environment, or realize in the true sense of unattended condition. It still needs some people to be on duty.
     This article studies a kind of unattended transformer substation long-distance image supervisory system, which is based on the SOPC technology, and takes a FPGA chip of Altera EP1C12Q240C8 as its carrier, and the soft nucleus embedded processor Nios II and the embedded operating systemμCLinux as its cores.
     This article's main task revolves the hardware design of the unattended transformer substation long-distance image supervisory system in each independent module .These modules contain embedded core module, video signal gathering and JPEG compression module, network interface module, and system power supply module. It gives a brief introduction to some methods of enhancing system antijamming ability and reliability in the hardware design.
     Based on the hardware design, this article then goes on to the software design of the unattended transformer substation long-distance image supervisory system.The software is divided into two parts: the driver software part and the application software part. It elaborates the driver software after simply analyzing the development of the equipment driver and then compiles the I~2C driver and the ZR36060 driver's programmes. At last it introduces the realization of Web server on the construction inμCLinux operation system, the system work flow, and also the CGI procedure development steps briefly.
     The result of running the unattended transformer substation long-distance image supervisory system indicates that the system is of good stability, and it can completely realize the function of the unattended transformer substation long-distance supervisory.
