基于MPLS的移动IP技术研究

摘要
MPLS支持移动IP技术是业界研究的热点之一,国际化标准组织己经开始了相关标准的制定工作。
     国际电信联盟通信标准组织(ITU-T)的Y.MIPoMPLS草案提出将移动IP网络仿真成移动主机来处理,但处理过程尚不够详细。本文通过对MPLS、移动IP技术以及MPLS支持移动IP草案的研究,提出了基于Y.MIPoMPLS框架的MPLS支持移动IPv4和MPLS支持移动IPv6具体实现方案,改进了移动节点区域注册问题,实现了MPLS域内的LSP隧道直连,并提供在移动路由器转交时移动路由器前一外地代理向新外地代理转发数据包的机制;提出了基于MPLS的移动IP路由优化方案,改善了通信节点和移动节点在建立通信时的三角路由问题;本文还对MPLS支持VPN进行了探讨,并做了详细描述。
     本文在NS-2平台上对所提出的基于MPLS的移动IP技术方案进行了仿真,通过对现有的MIP模块进行扩展以增加对移动路由器的支持,并对现有的MPLS模块进行了适当的调整以对移动IP注册消息进行区分处理,增加了MRoMPLS仿真模块将移动IP移动代理的功能融入MPLS节点;最后通过实验仿真对所提方案的可行性和优越性进行了验证,并做了性能分析。
"Mobile IP services over MPLS" is now a hot spot to communications industry and some international organizations have already begun to set the standard, which only support mobile host. So how does MPLS support the MIP network, this is the key point of this paper.
     ITU–T recommendation Y.MIPoMPLS proposes that the interface from LER/MA to mobile network emulates the mobile node, but it lacks the detailed procedures. This paper first briefly introduces MPLS, mobile IP and "mobile IP services over MPLS", which are the theory bases of "MPLS support the mobile IP network". Then, the detailed implementations of MPLS support mobile IPv4 network scheme and MPLS support mobile IPv6 network scheme are proposed. Thirdly, the detailed implementation of MPLS support MIP network route Optimization and hierarchical MPLS support VPN network scheme are also proposed which on the basis of the last two implementations.
     The simulation of MPLS support MIP network is completed under NS-2 platform, but part of NS-2 components do not support MIPoMPLS, so MIP module is extended to support mobile router, MPLS module is modified to process specially the MIP register message and MRoMPLS is added to combine or merge functions of the home agent and the foreign agent into the MPLS node. Finally, the feasibility of MPLS support the MIP network is validated and some performance of that scheme is analyzed in detail.
