设备能力导航的工艺规划与车间生产调度系统研究与开发

摘要
工艺规划与车间生产调度是企业生产的两个重要环节,两者集成对于改善工艺规划的可行性、提高工艺规划和车间生产调度的整体优化、提高设备利用率、降低生产成本、提高企业市场竞争力有着重要的理论和实践意义。因此,本文研究开发了一套具有自主知识版权的、通用的、智能的、开放式、基于图形驱动的工艺规划与生产调度信息共享的软件集成系统。
     本文分析了系统功能需求,建立了适应工艺规划与车间生产调度需求的制造资源模型和文件存储结构,采用设计模式搭建了集成平台统一的文档视图结构,统一的命令响应机制。
     通过分析工艺规划操作语言的生成特点,建立了参数化工艺规划操作语言模型并制定了相关规范,建立了制造资源能力模型与工艺规划操作语言推理模型。在分析了DXF文件格式规范基础之上,通过面向对象技术解决了其数据读取和拾取方法。通过事件和委托机制解决了工艺规划系统与DXF文件处理系统的通信问题,进而解决了工艺规划操作语言参数实例化问题。
     通过对常用生产调度措施和调度原则的研究,提出基于关键比调度原则的最小负荷调度算法,较好地处理了非流水生产调度车间制造资源负荷不平衡问题。
     集成系统以Visual Studio 2005为开发工具,以C#为编程语言实现了设备能力导航的工艺规划与车间生产调度系统,并通过实例验证了开发系统的功能和方法是有效的。
Process planning and production scheduling are two import links of production. It has the important theoretical and practical significance for integration between the twos, which can improve the feasibility of process planning, raise process planning and scheduling optimization, improve equipment utilization, reduce the cost of production, and increase their market competitiveness. Therefore, this paper has developed an independent copyright, universal, intelligent, opened, graphic-driven process planning and production scheduling integrated software system with shared information.
     This paper analyses the system functional requirements and sets up manufacturing resource model and file storage structure which adapt to the needs of process planning and production scheduling. It adopts the design pattern to set up a unified structure of view and document, and to set up a unified command response mechanism on the integrated platform.
     This paper analyses the characteristics of how the process planning operation language is generated, and sets up the parametric model of the process planning operation language and develops relevant norms, and then establishes a reasoning model of the manufacturing resources capacity and the process planning operation Language. According to analyzing the DXF file format standards, it adopts object-oriented technology to resolve reading data and picking data. By using the mechanism of event and delegate, it resolves communication problems between the process planning system and DXF file processing system, further resolves how the process planning operation Language's parameters are replaced by real values.
     By studying the usual scheduling measures and dispatching principles, this paper proposes the minimum load scheduling algorithm based on critical ratio, and solves manufacturing resources load imbalance problem which exist on job-shop.
     The system, which adopts Visual Studio 2005 as developing tool and C# as programming language, realizes process planning and production scheduling system navigated by equipment capacity. The function and method of developing system is tested to be effective through examples.
