应激因素对人体机能的影响及实验室评价措施研究

摘要
人体与环境和谐平衡是健康的基础,但众多环境因素对人体的过度剌激可使机体处于应激状态,进而影响健康。本研究拟讨论食物不耐受状态、吸烟、饮酒等不良生活方式,运动训练状态等情况下对机体微量元素水平及免疫功能的影响,以及高压氧干预下机体免疫状态的改变等,为应激损伤与疾病防治提供新的思路。
     1、利用酶联免疫法检测血清中14种食物特异性IgG抗体。采用电位溶出法+溶出伏安法(二次微分电位溶出法)技术检测全血中镉、铅、铜、铁、锌、钙、镁等7种微量元素,采用流式细胞计数技术对6项淋巴细胞亚群免疫参数指标进行分析。结果发现:
     a不同食物IgG抗体异常人群中微量元素水平、淋巴细胞亚群分类计数存在差异,鸡蛋IgG抗体水平升高会导致CD3+CD4+、CD4+/VCD8+比值下降,同时会伴随CD3-CD19+升高;
     b吸烟饮酒会导致血液中微量元素水平发生改变,并对淋巴细胞亚群分类各指标产生不同影响;
     c长期运动人群多项微量元素水平较普通人出现变化,免疫功能有所增加。
     d微量元素水平与免疫指标多项相关,铜锌水平增加会提高机体免疫功能。
     2、通过对高压氧综合治疗下机体免疫状态进行分析,并病例总结观察高压氧治疗效果。结果发现:
     a高压氧配合抗氧化自由基药物治疗对能够抑制急性时相蛋白表达,提高机体免疫水平、缓解炎症状态,利于相关疾病的恢复;
     b高压氧对多种疾病疗效明确。
     小结:
     多种应激因素可导致人体机能变化,主要表现为对免疫功能、微量元素水平的调控。这些环境因素即可导致应激损伤,同时可用于临床疾病的防治。
The harmonious and balance between human and environment is the basis of human health, but the human healthy condition could be effected by over stress of the various environmental factors. These studies intended to explain that food intolerance, unhealthy life styles(including smoking and drinking), and exercise training induced biological changes, such as the levels of trace elements and the immune function, as well the immune status changes after hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The results and findings of these studies would provide some new clue for the prevention and treatment of stress related injury and disease.
     In these studies enzyme immunoassay was used to detect14food-specific IgG antibodies in serum. Differential potentiometric stripping method and stripping voltammetry were used to detect the levels of7trace elements in peripheral blood, including cadmium, lead, copper, iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium. Flow cytometry method was used to analyze percentages of T, B, NK cell subpopulations from peripheral blood. The results were as follow.
     a. Compared with control, there are differences of trace elements levels and percentages of T, B, NK cell subpopulations among each group, in which every participant had a common certain kind of positive food-specific IgG antibody. With egg-specific IgG antibody elevating, it was found that the percentages of CD3+CD4+cells, CD4+/CD8+ratio decreased and the percentages of CD3-CD19+cells increased.
     b. Compared with control, there were changes of blood trace elements levels and the number of cells in lymphocyte subsets in participants who liked smoking or (and) drinking compared with control.
     c. Compared with control, there were some changes in blood trace elements levels and immunity function improving in long-term physical training people.
     In the study, body immunity status in combination therapy with hyperbaric oxygen was analyzed and cases which had hyperbaric oxygen therapy were reviewed. The results were as follow.
     a. Acutephasereactants expression was depressed after HBO therapy combined with drugs which had anti-superoxide function, in which body immunity increased, inflammatory status released and certain diseases recoverd.
     b. HBO therapy had a clear curative effect on many diseases.
     In conclusion,various stress factors may cause the biological changes mainly for the adjustment and regulation of the immune function and the level of the trace element. These stress related environment factors might lead to stress injury, and meanwhile it also could be used as disease prevention and therapy methods.
