GSM-R无线资源管理与控制关键技术研究

摘要
随着我国高速铁路和客运专线的建设,GSM-R数字移动通信系统在我国迅速发展,并且针对不同的应用开展了相应的试验。铁路通信可用的资源仅为4 MHz频谱,但面临的应用却很多,如铁路紧急呼叫、列车调度、列车控制、旅客信息服务等,不同业务又存在不同等级的业务需求。这些业务对资源提出了不同的需求,可以说GSM-R为资源严重受限系统。同时在该系统中存在如下问题:频率干扰严重、信号深衰落、无线覆盖盲区、业务负荷较大地区资源严重不足而引起的接入时延大以及阻塞率和掉话率激增、业务负荷不均衡地区群切换频繁而产生资源消耗量大等问题,从而直接影响铁路运输生产的安全性、可靠性和有效性。铁路的安全运行关系到国计民生,无线资源管理(RRC)策略作为解决上述问题的基础和关键,意义重大。
     因此,本论文就无线资源管理(RRC)中的分层覆盖资源策略、多重频率复用(MRP)策略,多信道资源预留策略进行了分析研究,提出相应的算法,并在Matlab和Turbo C平台下仿真。其中分层覆盖资源策略可以部分解决GSM-R中频率资源紧缺的问题。多重频率复用策略针对具有不同QoS要求的铁路业务,采用不同的复用方式,不同的复用距离,提高了系统的容量。多信道资源预留策略可以很好的解决预测性好的具有不同QoS要求的铁路业务。同时针对多小区,动态呼叫接入控制,搭建了系统级仿真平台。另外采用二分图与遗传算法相结合的方法,针对双层网络小区配置,从切换费用和链路费用折中的角度进行了研究,提出算法,并在Matlab平台下仿真,该算法很好的解决了切换费用和链路费用折中的问题。最后针对覆盖区域规划和站址选择,采用二分图与Steiner相结合的方法,从降低干扰的角度进行了研究,提出策略,并在Matlab平台下仿真。本论文的研究针对GSM-R的应用,为今后的网络建设提供参考依据。
With the construction of high speed railway and passenger transport special railway in China, GSM-R digital mobile communication system develops rapidly with many different applications. However, there is only four mega- hertz frequency with many applications, for example, the emergent call in railway, the train schedule, the train control, passenger information service and so on. There are different kings of grade demands in different operations. These operations demand different resources and therefore, we can say GSM-R system is a resource restricted severely system. Simultaneously, there are some problems in this system, for example, frequency interfere, signal deep declination, blind covering areas, big access delay, the high block drop rate and frequently handover Problems. All above problems affect security, dependability and validity of our railway transportation. Meanwhile, Security of GSM-R connects the national economy and the people's livelihood. So wireless resource management and control (RRC) strategy is a base and significant key problem listed above to resolve at the very moment.
     This dissertation researches and analyzes the de-lamination cover strategy, MRP strategy and the multi-channel resource reservation strategy. The relevant algorithms are proposed based on the platform of MATLAB and Turbo C. Set up a Systemic simulate platform, consider of multidistrict and dynamic call admission. The de-lamination cover strategy can partly solve the problem of frequency shortage in GSM-R. MRP enlarges system capacity by different means of multiplexing, different distance, according to QoS provision requirements. Multi-channel reservation strategy can meet the QoS requirements of railway services based on well forecast. Meanwhile, aiming at the district distribution in double layered network, from the point of the handover and link cost, this dissertation proposes algorithms and simulates on the platform of MATLAB and solves the above problem. At last, aiming at the problem of cover areas arrangement and base station stand choice, this dissertation adopts the approach of combined bipartite graph and Steiner to research. According to the simulation results, this dissertation can provide reference to the future construction of GSM-R system.
