个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户设计与实现的研究

摘要
随着互联网技术的快速发展,网络单一的服务模式与人们日益增长的个性化需求、虚拟化的体验模式与人们渴望进一步深度参与创造、实现“情感化网络”之间的矛盾日益突出。在信息爆炸与人们对知识的需求空前膨胀并存的知识融合时代,需要提高信息资源可信度和纯净度、自主整合和有效聚合信息、为用户提供个性化服务,实现用户对知识进行合理转化、集成、融合,提高知识的获取效率,完成知识的协同、共享和进一步挖掘,实现知识价值的最大化。因此,为用户提供个性化知识服务将成为学习门户的发展趋势。
     本课题依托上海市教委主管、上海远程教育集团承建的上海市政府实事项目工程——“上海终身学习网项目子项目:十网一库融合平台”,结合笔者在上海远程教育集团的实习工作和实践,研究个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户的理论依据、知识应用融合技术支撑环境及其实现。重点设计了基于Mashup融合的一般架构,并在此基础上结合上海“十网一库”融合现状,提出个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户的Mashup知识应用融合技术生态环境,为实现教育信息、资源、应用、服务的知识融合,构建知识应用融合的全新学习环境提供支持。
     论文主要分六个部分:
     第一部分介绍了论文的研究背景,通过分析Web2.0和Web3.0时代的特点,分析知识应用融合时代的背景,提出了上海教育门户的新需求——十网一库融合,引入个性化服务、知识融合等先进理念,最后提出论文的研究内容、目的和意义、研究方法和创新点。
     第二部分是对个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户的现状分析,对数字教育信息资源服务、个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户以及上海十网一库的分析,总结目前教育门户网站中存在的问题,并提出要为学习者提供融合、便捷、完善的个性化、流程化服务以满足学习者无所不在的学习需求。
     第三部分是理论研究。通过对数字教育信息资源、个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户等概念的分析、总结,结合相关的理论知识,对容易混淆的“聚合”、“融合”、“整合”三个概念进行辨析,并阐述三者关系。
     第四部分是技术环境的设计。选择具有更好扩展性、可维护性、更易于管理和使用的以服务为中心的融合架构,结合知识融合技术的典型代表——Mashup技术和其他相关规范、技术,从资源获取技术、组件封装技术、组件注册技术、融合组织技术四个方面设计了基于Mashup资源融合的一般架构,并提出个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户的Mashup知识应用融合技术生态环境,构建了知识应用融合的全新学习环境。
     第五部分是门户的实现。对个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户进行总体设计、功能模块设计、环境配置等,初期以上海终身学习网(www.shlll.net)和上海教育资源库(www.sherc.net)作为主要的应用试验环境,为“十网一库”融合提供实际效果分析,为个性化数字教育信息资源服务门户的测试、改进提供坚实的基础。
     第六部分对已完成的工作进行总结,并提出不足与展望。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, the contradiction between network service model and single people's increasing demand for personalized, experience mode and people's idea to participate in depth and achieve "emotional network" become increasingly. In the knowledge integration times, explosion of information and People's unprecedented demand for knowledge are together, we must improve the credibility and purity of information resources, integrate information effectively, provide users with individual service, achieve the knowledge of reasonable conversion, integration and fusion, improve the efficiency of knowledge acquisition, complete knowledge of collaboration, sharing and further excavation to achieve maximum value of knowledge. Therefore, to provide users with personalized knowledge service learning portal will be the trend.
     This topic rely on Shanghai Municipal Government Project which in charge Shanghai Education Commission and contracted to build by Shanghai Distance Education Group——"Shanghai Lifelong Learning Network project components:10 network and a education resource center integration platform", combined with the author's internship at the Shanghai Distance Education Group, discuss the theoretical basis, technical support knowledge application integration environment and its realization of the Personalized Digital Educational Resource Service Portal. The topic focus on designing integration based on the general framework Mashup resources. Simultaneously, combination of Shanghai "10 network and a education resource center" integration status, design the mashup application integration technology environment to achieve integration of education information, resources, applications and services, and build a knowledge application integration to support new learning environment.
     The essay is divided into six chapters as follows:
     Chapter One introduces the background of the study. By analyzing the features of Web2.0 and Web3.0, and the knowledge application integration background, put forward new demands of the education portal——10 network and a education resource center integration. This chapter introduce of personalized service, knowledge integration and other advanced concepts. Finally, concludes the content, purpose and significance, research methods and innovations.
     Chapter Two is the analysis of the personalized digital education information resources and services portal. It analyze the digital education information resources, personalized digital education information resources and services portal, Shanghai "10 network and a education resource center", summarized the current study class portal problems, and propose to provide for the learners to integrated, convenient and comprehensive personalization, workflow-based services to meet the learning needs of learners everywhere.
     Chapter Three is the theory. It conclude the digital education information resources, personalized digital education information resources and services portal, and combined with relevant theoretical knowledge. Then, analyze the "aggregation", "integration", "fusion" concepts and describe the relations between the three concepts.
     Chapter Four is the design of technological environment. Select a better scalability, maintainability, easier to manage and use service-oriented integration framework, combine the typical representative of the knowledge fusion technology——mashup, and other relevant norms and technology of knowledge fusion. From resource acquisition technology, component packaging technologies, component registration techniques, technology integration organization designed four Mashup resources based on the general framework of integration and made personalized digital education information resources and services portal Mashup application of knowledge fusion environment design.
     Chapter Five is the portal implementation. It is the overall design, module design, environment configuration of the personalized digital education resources service portal. In the early days it make lifelong learning network of Shanghai (www.shlll.net) and Shanghai Education Resource Center(www.sherc.net) as the main application test environment, provide practical effect of integration for personalized digital education information resources and services testing and a solid basis for improvement.
     Chapter Six concludes the achievements of this study, with future direction of research introduced.
