水轮发电机组副发电机项目创业计划书
摘要
当前全国许多地区都出现了不同程度的电力供应紧张的问题，不少地方都发生了电力供应部门被迫拉闸限电以保证电网安全稳定运行的情况。发生这种情况的原因一方面是因为国家经济环境良好，国民经济保持比较高的增长迅速，使各方面对电力的需求加大，用电符合快速增长。另一方面是因为二十世纪九十年代中期出现过一段时期的电力富余，致使这一段时间新增电力项目减少，特别是大型发电项目减少，导致目前电源不足，无法完全满足社会用电需要。
针对这种情况，我们准备在四川乐山成立一家以电力生产为主的发电公司，主要经营小水电开发及八十年代以前投产发电的具有直流励磁机的发电机组改造，可以获得较高而且稳定的投资收益。
所谓加装同轴副发电机就是在拆除同轴励磁机后的主轴空间装特制的副发电机。目前这项技术已比较成熟，一些技术难题也已攻克。副发电机不需要另装动力装置，而且不会影响主机的正常运行，只需在主机检修时就可同步进行安装。
我公司开发的同轴副发电机项目建设成本和建设周期都远低于普通小水电项目的建设成本和周期。我们运用现代化的管理方式，建立健全现代企业机制，充分发挥我们各方面的优势，努力提高公司的发电能力和经济效益，一方面缓解电力供需的矛盾，一方面提高职工的福利水平。
Recently there are situation of electric power shortage in many place of our country. The departments of electric power supplying have to shut off some users to keep the electric power net safe and stability. There are two reasons for this problem. The first one is that the demand of electric power increases quickly. The second one is short of generator, especially large generator.
According to this situation we decide to establish a power company to generate electricity and sell it. The main business of the company is to develop small hydroelectric power plant, and transform dc exciter generator that is put into use before 1980. When a generator which has dc exciter use controllable thyristor to replace the dc exciter, we may use the space where the dc exciter was placed before to install a vice generator. We have practiced skill of install vice generator. In this way the company will get high a stability profit.
The cost and building period of the project is much short than normal hydroelectric power plant. We will use modern pattern of management to set up modern mechanism of enterprise. We must put good use of our superiority to raise the ability of generation and the profit of our company. In this way we can meet the electric power demand of the society.
At the end of 2002, revolution of state power system is put into effect. The next twenty years is a good time to develop power industry. We will use these
dominant positions to get great development.
