中国铝业贵州分公司石灰石矿员工薪酬机制改革研究

摘要
激励一直是人力资源管理的重要内容,而薪酬的激励作用已是企业激励员工最重要的手段。如何应用好薪酬的激励作用,发挥企业员工的积极性,为企业壮大做出最大贡献,已成为企业管理领域的重大课题之一。本文的改革设计中国铝业贵州分公司石灰石矿薪酬机制方案为研究课题,希望通过对它的薪酬机制分析和研究,对国有企业薪酬机制的改革方案进行探索。
     本文首先通过分析国有企业现行薪酬机制对员工的激励作用的状况,说明了国有企业薪酬机制随着社会不断发展应不断改革与之相适应;接下来,运用激励理论和薪酬理论,对中国铝业贵州分公司石灰石矿的薪酬机制及其激励作用进行具体分析,指出了该矿薪酬机制存在的问题,并明确了改进的方向。在上述分析的基础上,将绩效分配方案结合该矿的具体情况应用矿部的薪酬分析机制中,对现行的薪酬机制进行改革,并将该改革方案在矿内试运行及评价其运行效果。
     本文的特点在于理论联系实际,运用相关的激励理论和薪酬理论,提出切合实际的薪酬机制改革方案,解决国有企业目前薪酬机制在激励员工方面存在的问题;文中提出的薪酬机制改革方案具有较强的可操作性和运用性,能够较好的激励员工,对国有企业薪酬机制改革具有较强的参考价值。
Motivation has always been formed the important content in Manpower Resources Management of the enterprises. The motivating role of payment has been changed into the most important measure. How to use correctly the motivating role of payment and give play to staff and workers' enthusiasm for the development of the enterprises? This has been become one of the important problems in enterprise management. In this research, the author selects reforming in the lime mine of Guizhou Part, Chinese Aluminum Company, and analyses it's payment machine-processed, and probes into the reformal program of payment machine-processed of the state enterprises.
    In this dissertation, the auther analyses the condition that the current payment machine-processed of the state enterprises motivates staff and workers, and shows that the payment machine-processed of the state enterprises should be reformed continually according to the social development. Thus , the author uses motivation theory and payment theory to analyse concretely payment machine-processed of the lime mine of Guizhou Part .Chinese Aluminum company, and it's motivating role, and points out it's problem in payment machine-processed and fixes it's improving direction, On the basis of this analysis, the author puts forward that the achievement-efficiency-distribution plan should be used in the Lime of Guizhou Part, Chinese Aluminum Company according to it's actual situation and reform the current payment machine-processed, and try to use this reform plan and evaluate
    
    
    it's result.
    The distinguishing feature of this dissertation is the integrating theory with practice. The author use the motivation theory and payment theory to pat forward the reformalplan of payment machine-processed according with the Lime mine of Guizhou Part, Chinese Aluminum Company for solving it's problem in payment-mot i vat ion-rnachine-p recessed. The reformalplan of payment machine-processed has high manipulatibi I ity and suitability, and motivates better staff and workers, and has high reference value for payment machine-processed reform of other state enterprises.
