高校应届毕业生择业效能感的现状及影响因素初探

摘要
本研究旨在初步探讨当今高校应届毕业生择业效能感的现状及影响因素。为高校应届毕业生择业就业心理指导提供理论支持,给相关部门提出建设性的建议。
     本研究以835名高校应届毕业生为被试,采用彭永新、龙立荣根据CDMSE编制的《大学生职业决策自我效能感量表》、Zimet等编制的《领悟社会支持量表》、Levenso(1981)编制《内控性、有势力的他人及机遇量表》和Cheek&Buss(1981)编制的《羞怯量表》进行问卷调查,对所收集到的数据进行统计分析。一方面,分析了高校应届毕业生择业效能感的现状,另一方面探讨了包括部分背景变量、领悟社会支持、控制源和社交焦虑在内的部分择业效能感影响因素。
     研究结果表明:1)高校应届毕业生择业效能感总体处于中等水平,存在显著的兼职经历、职业指导、成绩差异,但不存在性别、文理科、师范非师范类、汉族与少数民族、独生子女与否、学校性质、城乡来源、父母学历和家庭月收入差异。2)高校应届毕业生的领悟社会支持量表得分、内控性有势力的他人及机遇总量表得分、内控性分量表得分与择业效能感分数呈显著正相关;羞怯量表得分与择业效能感分数呈显著负相关。3)回归方程的各项检验表明各项指标良好。由回归分析的结果可知,进入回归方程的领悟社会支持、内控性和羞怯三个变量联合能够解释择业效能感27.4%的变异。因此,这3个变量是择业效能感的预测变量。4)本研究用AMOS4.0建立了模型,对模型的拟合检验表明模型拟合较好。
This article focus on the actuality and influencial factors of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the college graduates in order to provide theoretical foundation for the job of employment counseling and to provide constructionalsuggestions for related departments.
     835 college graduates participated in the test. The following scales are used in the test: Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale for University Students revised by Peng Yongxin & Long Lirong; Perceived Social Support Scale by Zimet; Internality, Powerful Others, and Chance Scale by Levenso and Shyness Scale by Cheek & Buss. The data gathered in the test are analyzed. On the one hand, the actuality of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the college graduates is explored, on the other hand, some of the influencial factors of the career decision-making self-efficacy of the college graduates are explored including contextual factors, perceived social support, internality, powerful others, chance and shyness( interaction anxiousness and social avoidance ).
     The results indicated:1)Significant part-time job experience, received job counseling and college achievement differences are demonstrated , but there are no gender, specialty, normal universities or not, race, singleton or not, the sorts of schools, family sources(big cities, middle cities, towns and rural areas), parents' education experiences and income differences. 2) The career decision-making self-efficacy of the college graduates are positively related with perceived social support, and internality. It is negatively related with shyness.3)The established regression equation was statistically significant. The perceived social support, internality and shyness can explain 27.4% of the variance of the college graduates' CDMSE. So they are predicators of the college graduates' CDMSE scores. Amos 4.0 is employed to establish a model. The fit measure shows that the model fit the data well. The model is a further support of the three predicators of the CDMSE.
