高职院校大学生动态综合素质测评系统的设计与实现

摘要
目前对于高等职业院校大学生的素质教育培养存在着很大的误区，很多高职院校过分重视短期效益，追求高就业率，却忽视了当学生参加工作以后能否创造个人的职业辉煌。在这样的素质教育背景下，大学生综合素质测评作为实施素质教育的重要环节，带有表面性、短期性，测评的方法过于简单，重视学生的横向比较，忽视个体的纵向评价，这些都影响了大学生综合素质测评所应具有的激励功能和反馈功能。因此，建立一套符合高等职业教育规律与大学生身心发展规律，数据录入、分析、统计、查询方便快捷的学生综合素质测评系统，有其现实的意义，不仅对大学生的全面素质培养起到导航作用，也使高等职业院校的素质教育工作更具有针对性、主动性和实效性。
本文以东莞职业技术学院学生信息管理的需求为依据，分析了该校学生综合素质测评的现状与实施过程中存在的问题，确定了高职院校大学生综合素质测评系统的目标和主要功能需求。然后就基于.NET技术的动态综合素质测评系统设计、基于共享库的数据抽取技术、多指标体系的测评模型的建立等问题进行了深入的研究与分析，设计并实现了高职院校大学生动态综合素质测评系统。
系统的运用解决了综合素质测评的指标体系动态设定、指标权重动态配置、测评过程动态实施等问题，使素质测评更符合高等职业教育规律与大学生身心发展规律，促进了学校素质教育工作的全面开展。
We have greatly misunderstood the college students' quality evaluation ofpolytechnic. Many polytechnic pay too much attention to the short-term benefit, andpursuit high employment rate. But we neglect students can create their ownoccupation brilliant or not when they are on jobs. In background of the qualityeducation, as an important link of quality education implementation, college students'comprehensive quality evaluation have surface and short-term tendency. Theevaluation method is too simple. Attach to the horizontal comparison of student.Neglect individual longitudinal evaluation. All of them affect the incentive functionand feedback function of the college students' comprehensive quality evaluation.Therefore, to establish a comprehensive quality evaluation system that accords withrules of higher occupation education and laws of physical and mental development ofcollege students, and data input, analysis, statistics, query convenient, has its realisticsignificance. It not only plays a navigation part in students' comprehensive qualitytraining, but also makes the quality education of polytechnic more pertinence,initiative and effectiveness.
This paper takes the demand of Dongguan polytechnic student informationmanagement as the basis. Analysis the current situation and problems in theimplementation process of the students' comprehensive quality evaluation. Determinethe target and the main functional requirements of college students' comprehensivequality evaluation system. Then undertake an in-depth research and analysis on thedynamic comprehensive quality evaluation system design based on the.NETtechnology, data extraction technology based on the shared library, and evaluationmodel of multi index system. Design and implement the dynamic comprehensivequality evaluation system of polytechnic college students.
The application of system solves the problems that the index system ofcomprehensive quality evaluation dynamic setting, index weight dynamic configuring,and evaluation process dynamic implementing. It makes the quality evaluation ismore in line with the law of higher occupation education and the law of physical andmental development of college students, and promotes the quality education workcarried out comprehensive.
