多设备振动监测系统的研究与实现

摘要
设备监测软件是企业自动化系统的重要组成部分,集数据采集、通信、显示、控制等功能于一体,对了解和掌握设备在运行中的状态,评价、预测设备的可靠性,早期发现故障有着重要的意义。
     通过分析ANG系列监测设备及应用环境,发现存在若干问题,主要体现在:现有软件针对单个监测设备进行管理,一个软件只能管理一种类型的监测设备,软件不能提供远程监测功能。为了解决这些问题,需要开发一个能够同时管理多类型、多设备具有远程管理功能的软件系统,即多设备监测管理系统。
     论文从系统应用环境、系统功能这两个方面作需求分析。根据需求,设计系统总体构架,并提出了一种基于消息驱动的系统设计方案。在对系统具体模块设计过程中,包括系统通信模块、数据文档模块、图形界面模块,完成了对多种设备类型设备、网络设备监测的方案设计。系统是在Visual?Studio?2005平台下运用C#程序语言实现的。系统通信包括串口通信和网络通信,运用多线程技术实现。通信数据由数据文档模块来存取与处理,数据文档模块主要由文档类来实现。文档类保存数据,当保存的数据发生改变,它会激发事件,来通知图形界面更新。系统主界面采用动态树形目录,将监测主机、设备组、监测设备按层次划分,易于用户操作、管理。?系统设计界面友好,功能已基本完成,经测试,效果达到设计目标。论文最后对系统的研究和开发工作进行了总结,并提出了五个待解决的问题。?
The Equipment Monitoring software is an important component of the corporate automation system, which is an integration of data acquisition, communication, display, control, and is of significance to realize equipment operation condition and forecast equipment failure.
     Through the analysis of the monitoring devices and ANG series application environment, some problems are found out: can only monitoring a type of equipment, some can only monitoring the local equipment, and there is no standard to manage the different types of equipment program. To solve the problems, we develop a vibration monitoring system with multi-devices which can manage many devices and many kinds of device at one time and at long-distance.
     From the aspects of system application environment and system functions, this paper gives an analysis of the system requirements. According to this, the paper designs a main framework of software system and introduces a system design based on message-driven. In the course of specific modules design which includes communication modules, data flows modules, graphical interface modules, this paper also fulfills the design of multi-device and network equipment. The system is operated in visual studio 2004 and is programmed in C#. The system communication contains serial communication and internet communication which are supported by multi-thread technique. Data flow modules can save and process communication data which in turn is implemented by the document class. Document Class save the communication data. When the data of document changes the update of interface will be effected. It is good for users to operate and manage the main windows by using dynamic tree directory which can classify monitoring host, device groups, devices of different levels.
     The interface of this system is user-friendly, and the function of the system has been basically fulfilled and through testing, the system works well. Finally, this paper has drawn a conclusion on the research and development of this system, and advanced five problems which are still waiting for solution.
