荔枝核、茛芀花和罗浮粗叶木抗鸭乙肝病毒及护肝作用的实验性研究

摘要
为探讨中草药治疗乙型肝炎的新方法,我们用自己建立的广西麻鸭乙肝感染模型,对荔枝核、莨芀花和罗浮粗叶三种中药材的抗病毒及护肝作用进行了评价。结果发现,高剂量荔枝核水提物能明显抑制鸭乙型肝炎病毒的复制,而荔枝核醇提物和低剂量荔枝核水提物没有明显抑制鸭乙型肝炎病毒的作用;荔枝核水提物和醇提物降低AST和ALT活性均不明显。莨芀花醇提取物和罗浮粗叶木提取物均未见有抑制鸭乙肝病毒复制的作用。高剂量莨芀花醇提物对鸭乙肝病毒引起的肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。罗浮粗叶木提取物对鸭乙肝病毒引起的肝损伤保护作用不明显。
To explore new methods of herbal treatment of hepatitis B we used our own established infection model in ducks of Guangxi, and for litchi seed, Acanthus and the Rover coarse leaves of three Chinese herbal medicines, anti-virus and hepatoprotective effect was evaluated. The results found that high doses of Litchi aqueous extract can significantly inhibit duck hepatitis B virus, the the Litchi alcohol extract and the low dose of Litchi water extracts did not significantly inhibit the role of duck hepatitis B virus; aqueous extract of Litchi and The ethanol extract can not lower AST and ALT activities. While the Acanthus alcohol extract and Rover Lasianthus extracts showed no inhibition of DHBV replication. The high dose group of Acanthus ethanol extract on liver damage caused by DHBV seesms to have a protective effect. The Louvre Lasianthus extract has no protective effect to liver injury caused by the duck hepatitis B virus of the treatment group and blank control group, ALT activity, the difference was not significant.6AST activity also largely within the normal range, and AST activity in each group the difference was not significant, so it can not be judged for each treatment to reduce the efficacy of AST activity.
     4, liver pathology examination found no significant differences in six groups of animals the severity of liver disease.
     Conclusion:
     High doses of Litchi aqueous extract can significantly inhibit duck hepatitis B virus, and the Litchi alcohol extract and the low dose of Litchi water extracts did not significantly inhibit the role of duck hepatitis B virus; not been able to clear the litchi seed aqueous extract and ethanol extracts can reduce AST and ALT activities in order to improve liver function, and whether or not to improve the role of liver pathological changes.
