基于E-learning的职工在线培训与考试系统设计与实现

摘要
职工培训与考核是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,是企业管理的基础工作,由于胜利石油管理局车辆管理中心的工作性质,使定时定点的集中培训开展困难,培训成本与费用也居高不下,培训师资力量难以有效发挥,培训资料也缺乏统一的管理与利用。使用企业完善的计算机网络等基础设施优势,结合先进的企业E-learning理念,对职工培训与考核进行管理,具有所无法比拟的优点,如培训师资力量的统一调配、培训学习不受时间地点的限制、培训效果的集中评估、培训资料的集中管理、培训成本与费用的大幅下降等,从而可以实现职工的自主学习,工作经验的充分交流,为人力资源的开发,人才的不断涌现提供了条件,为企业向“学习型组织”过渡准备了强有力的平台。开发一套功能强大的基于E-learning的职工在线培训与考试系统具有重要的现实意义。
     本文结合车辆管理中心的实际情况,开发了一套实现在线培训、职工异步自主学习、考核、培训资料的存储与管理等功能的基于E-learning的职工在线培训与考试系统。该系统将成为车管中心人力资源管理系统的重要组成部分。为此,本文的主要内容将按照软件工程的开发步骤与规范,描述系统的开发过程,包括系统需求分析、概要设计、详细设计和实现等。该系统主要包括三大模块:教师模块,学生模块,系统管理。
     本系统在车辆管理中心经初步运行测试,目前运行情况较为理想,经过培训上岗的系统管理员已能完成简单的系统维护工作,企业领导层正督促相关人员进行数据库的初始化工作,相关数据的录入正紧锣密鼓的进行。在本系统开发人员的密切配合下,系统正逐步推广使用。
Staff training and human resource management assessment is an integral part of the basic work of enterprise management, the management vehicle center of Shengli Petroleum Administration , so time intensive training to carry out fixed-point problems, high training costs and costs training teachers can not effectively play, training materials, a lack of unified management and utilization.Enterprises to improve their use of a computer network and other infrastructure advantages, combined with advanced enterprise E-learning philosophy, staff training and evaluation of management, has the incomparable advantages, such as training teachers in the unified deployment, training, time and place to learn from limit the focus on assessing training effectiveness, training, centralized management of information, training costs and expenses dropped significantly, so as to achieve self-learning staff, the full exchange of experience, human resources development, emerging talent provided the conditions for enterprises to "learning organization" to prepare a strong platform for the transition. The establishment of a powerful staff online training and examination system tbased E-learning has important practical significance.
     In this paper, the actual situation of the Vehicle Management Center to develop a staff online training and examination system based E-learning to achieve on-line training, staff induction self-learning, assessment, training, data storage and management. The system will become an important human resource management system components. Therefore, the main contents of this paper, in accordance with Software engineering development process and the specifications,describes the system development process, including system requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design and realization. The system consists of three modules: teacher module, student module, the system management.
     This system in vehicle management center after the preliminary run the test, at present operation ideal, after eateemed customers system administrator can already do simple system maintenance work, the enterprise leadership is urging relative personnel database of initialization, relevant data typing is controlled. In this system developers, the close cooperation of the system being phased in use.
