SYG胶乳水泥浆体系的研究应用

摘要
在固井过程中常常发生油、气、水窜,尤其是深井、高压气井中,使水泥石胶结强度降低,二界面胶结质量差。并且一旦发生窜流,即使花费大量的人力物力,也难以修复到原有的层间封固状态。目前国内在解决窜流(油、气、水)的主要方法在工艺上主要以加装管外封隔器,在水泥浆体系上,以添加各种类型的发气膨胀剂为主。新型胶乳防气窜体系的应用为该难题提供了另外一个思路。制备和优选不同类型胶乳防气窜剂,通过对油井水泥浆防气窜性能的评价,选出一种比较好的胶乳防气窜剂对水泥浆性能(包括水泥浆的失水性、流变性、流动度、稠化时间、游离液、抗折强度、抗冲击韧性以及配伍性能)进行评价。对新型胶乳防气窜剂产品进行水泥浆设计,现场应用实验及应用技术研究,分析实验现象并从理论上分析其作用机理。结果表明,该水泥浆具有低失水、无游离水、直角稠化和流变性好等特点;同时形成的水泥石抗弯曲变形能力强,柔韧性好。防气窜模拟实验进一步表明该体系具有较好的防气窜效果。现场应用表明:该体系有效地解决了固井中的气\液窜问题。
There are water, gas and oil channeling happening in the process of cementing, which decreases the compressive strength and make the quality of the second interface bad, especially in the deep well. As it happens, it is very hard to recover the initial performance of inter formation. Sometimes it maybe blowout and even the squeezing work do not work. Till now, to solve the problem in China is to add the expander additive to cement and install the packer. But we have another way to work is the application of the latex cement slurry. Produce and optimize some kinds of latex, evaluate the performance of gas-channeling prevention, and choose one kind to test the capability of mixing with the cement slurry including fluid loss, consistency, thickening time, free water, rupture strength, modulus of elasticity, capacity of compatibility). Through the cementing design with the latex cement slurry, lab test and research on the application, analysis of phenomenon in lab test and mechanism of function and field test, this latex cement has good gas-channeling prevention ability and good restrain ability of oil and water down hole.
