船舶机舱动力系统网络监控平台设计与研究

摘要
近年来,随着计算机、控制、通信以及网络等技术的发展,自动化监控系统的结构发生了根本变化,逐步形成以网络集成自动化为基础的管理信息系统。随着网络型控制系统成为船舶机舱自动化的发展方向,国际上不断出现集监、控、管于一体的新型网络式机舱监控系统。在船舶自动化、信息化和智能化的进一步发展的过程中,在船舶机舱监控领域开展基于PLC控制器的网络监控系统的研究与应用势在必行。
     本文分析了船舶机舱控制对象的特点,参考中国船级社的《钢质海船入级与建造规范》要求,采用以现场总线技术为基础的NetLinx三层网络(EtherNet/IP,ControlNet,DeviceNet)体系结构,满足了监控对象的实时性、可靠性、安全性要求。
     使用ControlLogix PLC控制系统,采用面向对象的思想,模块化设计,进行了柴油机自动起动、自动准同步并车、自动调频调载、自动分级起动、卸载以及安全保护等监控程序的开发。
     采用组态软件RSView32进行了上位机监控软件的设计,根据机舱自动化的控制要求、操作习惯设计了监控系统人机界面。人机界面交互友好,直观形象,便于操作员操作。
     最后,通过仿真模拟实验对本文设计的船舶机舱动力系统网络监控平台进行了验证。以柴油发电机组的并车、解列控制为例,完成了仿真实验。实验采集到的实时仿真曲线说明本文设计的监控程序能够正确实现柴油发电机组的网络控制。
In recent years, with the development of computer, control, communication and network technology, the structure of automation system changes greatly, and the management information system based on the network integrating automation system has been formed gradually. Network Control System (NCS) is a new way for the application of monitoring, control and management of ship engine room automation abroad. During the way of ship automation, information and intelligence, develop NCS based on network with PLC controller is more and more popular.
     In this dissertation , the author had analyzed the controlled component of ship engine room, and referred to the "Rules and regulations for the Construction and Classification of Sea_gonging Steel Ships" of China Classification Society, designed the monitoring and control system by the three layered network system of Netlinx(EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet)based on fieldbus technology, satisfied the monitored object timeliness, reliability, the secure requirement.
     ControlLogix series PLC controller was used in the dissertation, in the way of objected oriented thinking, modular design, developed diesel automatic starting, automatic quasi synchronizing engaging, automatic frequency and load regulation, automatic leveled starting & download and safe protection programs.
     The configuration software RSView32 was used for designed the control and monitoring software of PC, and the human machine interface soft was also been designed combined with the control function and operation habit of automatic ship engine room, it was friendly and visualized and easy to use for the operator .
     Finally, the network control and monitoring system of ship engine room was tested by the simulating experiment. During the experiment engaging and disengaging control of the diesel generator set were achieved, and the simulating curve collected shows that the monitoring programs of this dissertation finished the network control function of the diesel &generator set rightly.
