摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展与完善,企业的管理工作也由原来的粗放型管理改进为细化管理。以前主要关心企业的销量与产量,但是随着烟草企业集团化的进程不断加快,集团企业越来越关心每个生产现场的投入与产出,节能与降耗,增产与增收。同时企业的信息化建设也取得了长足的发展,不仅在行政管理上大量采用信息化管理,而且在很多生产现场也采用了大量先进的信息技术,在一定程度上来说,烟草企业的信息化建设比其它行业的信息化建设要走在前列。并且企业投入的信息成本也在逐步转化为生产力,为企业创收做出了巨大的贡献。
     生产车间数据采集系统是在信息化大力发展的基础上引入的,数据采集系统为车间管理人员及时了解生产现场的生产情况提供了强有力的支持,对现场发生的生产事件提供最快的数据反馈,为及时解决问题提供了良好的支持。
     本论文的研究工作和成果主要有:
     从系统结构和实现方式上详细介绍了利用通过PLC把采集或收集到的信号计算处理后通过串口或者工业以太网送到计算机,作现场监视,并且通过以太网把采集到的数据送给管理级,进行集中监控和管理、统计分析。服务器把收到的信息进行综合处理然后进行上传和下传,下传各机台产量、消耗、报表等公开信息和通知,上传各种报表数据到相关的职能部门。通过PLC把现场的数据实时采集、整理归纳放在各个车间的采集站点上等待上级的访问以及接收上级说传达的命令等的方法。
     在本论文中进行了数据采集系统的设计。基于PLC的数据采集技术设计的采集系统能够可靠曲靖烟厂各生产车间的数据采集,已经能够满足烟厂生产执行与管理环节上的基本数据的采集要求。采集系统采用的是SIEMENS公司的S7400可编程控制器,利用WINXP操作环境下的WinCC工控组态软件做出监控画面,采用PROFIBUS-DP作为上位机与下位机的通讯接口,对整个数据采集系统系统实现了计算机的监控与操作,充分体现了PLC把自动化技术、计算机技术、通信技术融为一体的特点。其操作简单,而且安全可靠。
     通过实践证明这种基于PLC数据采集系统已经广泛应用于烟草行业,是目前较为可靠的数据采集系统之一。
Along with the unceasing development and consummation of market economy, the supervisory work of enterprises also becomes intensive management from the original extensive management. The main care about enterprises is sales volume and output before, but , as the unceasingly speeding up of the tobacco enterprise group's advancement, the group enterprises more and more cared about each production scene's investment and output , conserving energy and consuming falls, increasing production and increasing income. The enterprise's information construction has also obtained the considerable development at the same time, not only massively uses the information management in the administration, but also uses the massive advanced information technology , kindly speaking, the tobacco enterprise's information construction need to walk in the front row comparing with other industry's information construction. And the information cost invested by the enterprises is also gradually transforming to the productive forces, it will make the tremendous contribution to enterprises' increasing income. The production workshop data acquisition system is introduced in the foundation of the information vigorous developing, the data acquisition system provide the powerful support for the shop manager promptly understanding the situation on the production place, it provide the quickest data feedback for the production event and the good support for the problems' solving.
     The main research work and the achievement of this thesis are as following:
     From the way of the system structure and the realization method, it introduces management of the collecting or gathering data through PLC, and then delivers the data to computers by the way of string mouth or the industry Ethernet, makes the scene surveillance, and delivers the data gathering from Ethernet to management level, carries on the central monitor and manage and the statistical analysis. The server carries on synthesis processing to the receiving information and then passes up and down, passes down every machine's output、consumption、report form and so on public information and the notice, passes up each kind of report form data to the related function department. Through PLC real-time gathers the scene data, reorganizes and concludes it on the gathering stand of each workshop serving for higher authority's visit and receiving the higher authority's orders.
     This paper has carried the design of date acquisition system. The date acquisition system which based on the PLC can collect the data in each production workshop of Qujing Tobacco Factory, it already be able to satisfy the tobacco factory's date acquisition request on production carrying and management. The gathering system uses the SIEMENS Corporation's S7400 programmable controller, uses WINXP operating environment under the WinCC labor control configuration software to make the monitoring picture, uses PROFIBUS-DP as the communication connection between up and down machines, realizes the computer monitoring and operation to the entire data acquisition system, fully manifests the PLC character of taking the automated technology、computer technology、communication into one organic part. Its operation is simple、safe and reliable.
     The practice proved that the data acquisition system which based on the PLC has already widely applied to the tobacco factories. It is one of the present more reliable data acquisition system.
