磨床关键零部件三维参数化CAD系统研究与开发

摘要
CAD是20世纪最杰出的工程技术成果之一,是用高新技术改造传统产业、加快国民经济发展的一项关键技术。随着三维图形技术和计算机技术的发展,三维设计成为CAD技术应用的必然发展趋势。
     磨床作为一种重要的精密加工设备,在机床设备中占有较大的比例。然而,目前我国在磨床CAD方面,还是以零部件绘图为主,在整个机床及零部件三维参数化设计方面还未见到相关报道。因此,在某种图形支撑软件基础上,开发磨床关键零部件参数化CAD系统,对提高磨床设计技术水平,快速响应市场要求有着十分重要的意义。为此,本文结合长沙市科技攻关项目——磨床关键零部件三维参数化CAD系统的研究和开发,介绍了一种以SolidWorks和VB为主要开发平台,基于特征建模技术的磨床关键零部件三维参数化CAD系统的研究及其实现的关键技术。本文对SolidWorks的二次开发作了深入的探索,所做的工作主要有以下几个方面:
     (1) 在分析磨床各关键零部件的约束及尺寸参数的基础上,利用SolidWorks建立了磨床各关键零部件的参数化基本图形库,其中包括磨床各关键零部件模型图、零部件装配图及零部件二维工程图;
     (2) 依照磨床设计的一般步骤设计了磨床关键零部件三维参数化CAD系统,系统可以实现零件的全三维参数化设计、关键尺寸及其公差的智能化修改、编辑修改过程中的智能化导航以及零部件的系列化、标准化和优化设计;
     (3) 详细介绍了系统开发的若干关键技术:
     (4) 运用编程的方法,为系统建立了实用的在线帮助模块;
     (5) 讨论了磨床设计的一般方法及设计时应注意的问题。
     本文建立的系统运行稳定可靠、可扩展性好、具有良好的用户界面和数据管理功能。本系统的设计思想和设计方法不仅适用于磨床关键零部件的二次开发,还为其他产品的专用CAD系统的二次开发提供了参考。
CAD is one of the most prominent engineering technologies in the 20th century, which is a key technology in rebuilding of traditional industry and promotion of national economy by means of high and new technologies. With the development of three-dimensional graphic technique and computer techniques, three-dimensional design has been already inevitable tendency of CAD application.
    As one of important machines for precisely machining, the grinding machine occupies a heavy proportion in them. However, CAD for the grinding machine in our country is mainly on drawing for the parts at present. It hasn't been found any report for the whole grinding machine or its parts are designed in three-dimensional parameterization. Therefore, it's favorable for improving the design technique of the grinding machine and quickly responding to the market requirement to develop a 3D parameterized CAD system of key parts of the grinding machine on the basis of certain figure software. Hence, this thesis presents the study on three-dimensional parameterized CAD system for key parts of the grinding machine, mainly based on feature modeling technology, and the key techniques of implementing the system, mainly utilizing VB and SolidWorks as developing platform instrument, which is a part of key project provided by Changsha's government. The principle of the redevelopment of SolidWorks has been explored in the t
    hesis. The work that the author has done mainly includes several aspects as followed:
    (1)A basic parameterized graphic library of key parts of the grinding machine, which includes three-dimensional models , assembly drawings and engineering drawings of key parts of the grinding machine, has been set up on the basis of analyzing the restriction and size parameters.
    (2)A three-dimensional parameterized system of key parts of the grinding machine, which realizes three-dimensional parameterized design of parts, intelligent modification of main size and its tolerance, intelligent navigation of the process of modification, serialization and standardization and optimization of parts, has been designed according to the general process of grinding machines design.
    (3)The pivotal techniques on the development of the system is been expounded
    in detail.
    (4) A useful function for online help has been developed by programming.
    
    
    
    (5)General methods of designed for grinding machine and attentive problems of the design process have been discussed in the thesis.
    The system has several leading features as followed: strong stability, strong extensibility, friendly interface for user, favorable data management, and so on. The principles and the techniques of the system not only fit the requirement of the redevelopment of grinding machines, but also have value to be referenced in the development of special CAD system of other product.
