帕克西桥项目的总承包合同管理研究

摘要
国际工程项目承包是当前许多中国施工企业走出国门的主要业务形式,由于传统的原因,我国施工企业整体水平与国外大型施工企业存在显著的差距。因此,本文选择中铁大桥集团公司在孟加拉国的帕克西桥项目的承包合同展开研究,具有非常重要的显示意义。
     本文以作者参加的孟加拉国帕克西桥项目为背景,由于该项目是作者所在的中铁大桥局集团公司的第一个国际工程总承包项目,因此是一次大胆地尝试。具体内容包括:
     第1章,介绍了帕克西桥项目的基本情况;
     第2章,分析了该项目总承包的合同管理,重点探讨和总结了该项目总承包合同管理策略,并剖析了管理过程中巧妙使用合同条款的大量案例;
     第3章,详细分析了该项目分包合同管理,包括分包合同承约商识别、分包合同管理策略以及工程计量管理技巧;
     第4章,讨论了该项目承包合同在适用过程中存在的争议及解决思路,并就如何做好索赔工作提出了建议;
     通过本项目的合同管理研究,本文为大型施工企业承包国际工程项目提供了有关合同管理的借鉴经验。
Contracting international engineering projects is the main business form of Chinese construction enterprises going abroad. Due to the traditional reasons, there are the overall level gap between China's construction enterprises and foreign large-scale construction enterprises. Therefore, it is significance in the background of Iron Bridge Bridge in Bangladesh Paksey project contract.
     In this thesis, it is a bold attempt to use general contracting methods in the participation of Bangladesh on the background of Paksey bridge project which is the first offshore project of Iron Bridge Bureau Group.
     Chapter 1 introduces the basic situation of Paksey Bridge project;
     Chapter 2 analyzes the project contract management of the general contractor, focuses on and summarizes the total project contract management strategies and analyzes the clever use of the contract management process in terms of a large number of cases;
     Chapter 3 analyzes in details sub-contract management of the project, including the identification of sub-contract contractors, sub-contract management strategies and project measurement management skills;
     Chapter 4 discusses the dispute and Solutions in the application of the project contract and proposes the recommendations on the claimant.
     Through this project contract management, this thesis proposes experience for large construction companies'international project on contract management.
