基于钉枪色彩设计的知识表达与推理研究

摘要
随着计算机技术的不断发展,计算机辅助设计已经成为企业产品设计时非常重要的工具之一。作为企业的实际生产力,它能提高企业的设计效率、优化设计方案、减轻技术人员的劳动强度、缩短设计周期,从而使产品的成本降低,竞争能力明显提高。本文对计算机辅助色彩设计进行深入研究,针对钉枪色彩设计这一特殊领域,提出了面向钉枪色彩设计的解决策略。论文主要研究内容及成果如下:
     1.在知识表示方面,本文对多种色彩搭配理论进行了研究,总结出了钉枪色彩的配置规则,提出面向对象的色彩知识表示方法,能够较好地适用于钉枪色彩配置领域。
     2.在知识推理方面,本文深入研究了配色的知识推理,总结了适合钉枪配色的推理规则,设计了算法来解决钉枪色彩设计的配色冲突问题,提出新的案例匹配算法,解决了配色案例的精确匹配与模糊匹配问题。在知识获取方面,本文实现了基于案例的自动知识获取方法。
     3.在系统架构方面,本文对钉枪配色方案样本进行了数据分析,依照所研究的相应配色知识表示与推理,提出了适合钉枪色彩配置的系统架构。该架构实现了由主色、第一辅助色、第二辅助色的配色流程,提供了配色方案预览功能与评价功能,并可对已完成配色方案进行分析与保存。
     最后,本文将该系统予以实现,经过测试,验证了该系统的实用性。
With the continuous development of computer technology, Computer Aided Design (CAD) has been an important tool during the process of product design. As a crucial source of productivity in company, it can improve the efficiency of product design, optimize product design scheme, mitigate the work burden of employees, shorten products design cycle and it greatly reduced product cost and improved company's competiveness. This paper researched in computer aided color design. With a primary focus on the particular area of air-nailer color configuration, the paper proposed a series of strategies and solutions pertaining to air-nailer color configuration issues. An overview of research processes and results in the paper are listed as follows:
     In the knowledge representation field, with researches on color configuration theories, the paper summarized a set of air-nailer color configuration rules. It also put forward an improved methodology to express object-oriented color knowledge representation, which could be applied to air-nailer color configuration.
     In the knowledge reasoning field, the paper conducted in-depth research on color configuration reasoning and summarized the rules which are suitable for air-nailer color configuration. It also created a new algorithm for judging the conflicts during the color configuration workflow. Furthermore, it put forward a new algorithm, which solved the "Exact match" and "Fuzzy match" problems on case matching. In knowledge acquisition field, the paper implemented an automatic knowledge acquisition method based on color configuration cases.
     In the framework design, the paper analyzed air-nailer color configuration samples, with the theories on corresponding color representation and inference, it proposed a framework that adapt to air-nailer color configuration.The framework implemented the color configuration procedures for dominant color, first auxiliary color and second auxiliary color, provided preview, comment, analysis and save functions for cases.
     Last, the paper successfully implemented the system and proved the validity after a series of test.
