青海电视台全台综合业务网系统设计与建设

摘要
随着电视台内业务的巨大发展,电视台急需提升电视节目采集、制作、交换、管理和播出系统的水平及规模,加快内部网络化和数字化,以改变过去分散的、封闭的、孤岛式的制作播出方式,实现信息共享、资源共享,全面提高制播能力,充分发挥内容优势,提高电视台核心竞争力。
电视台全台综合业务网建设的目的是为了建立一个以视频和音频内容为主体的网络化、数字化平台,实现素材采集、节目制作、资料存储、节目播出及内容分发等各个环节最优化的生产方式、最精细的流程化管理和最有效的资源整合；全台综合业务网通过互联互通、资源共享及信息共享等,实现从节目生产到播出、存储以及内容分发等整个过程的文件化、网络化、流程化；提高节目生产能力,降低节目制作成本,并实现可控的节目内容市场化运作；通过数字内容管理平台的构建,为各种新媒体业务提供内容支持,实现新媒体与传统媒体的融合,开辟电视台新的盈利模式。本文通过青海电视台全台网的设计和应用实践,对全台网系统的工艺架构、存储架构、网络架构、互联互通应用集成架构的设计理念进行了探讨；对基于SOA,采用ESB+EMB的双总线结构的主干平台进行了剖析；对互联互通接口标准的设计方法等进行了阐述；对各业务子系统进行了详细分析和描述。
文章最后,从网络安全、数据安全、管理安全等方面进行了规划,来确保系统的安全可靠运行。
With the tremendous business development within television, it is required television to upgrade the level and scale of collection、production、exchange、management and broadcast system, speed up the internal network and digital, instead of the past scattered, closed, island style production and broadcasting method, to share the information and data, comprehensively improve production and broadcasting capabilities, give full scope to content and improve core competitiveness of television.
The purpose of making the Television Station Services Network System is intended to establish a visual, audio content as the main digital, network-based platform, achieving material acquisition, programming, information storage, content distribution, broadcast and other program areas of production optimization way, the most effective integration of resources, the most sophisticated process management; It is through interoperability, information sharing, resource sharing, to achieve network, process technology from a production to broadcast programs, program files stored in the whole process, to achieve mass of program production capacity, low cost production program, to achieve control of program content, the operation of the market; It is through establish the digital content management platform to make new media and traditional media integrate,and then it can provide content to support business for all kinds of new media to open up a new profit model for stations. In this paper, through the practical Web design and application of Qinghai TV station, it is discussed the design idea on technology architecture, storage architecture, network architecture, and interconnection application integration architecture of whole network system. And then carry out the analysis based on SOA, ESB+EMB dual use the main platform of the bus structure; present interoperability interface standards on the design method in this paper; and the paper also analyze in detail and described on the business subsystems
Finally, it is plan from network security, security process design, management, security and other aspects, to ensure the system safe and reliable operation.
