计及电压骤降的配网可靠性评估

摘要
本论文对计及电压骤降的配网可靠性算法进行了研究,在对电压骤降的定义、起因和影响进行阐述的基础上,着重讨论了如下问题:在进行配电网故障前的潮流计算时,运用了支路电流法,采用网基结构矩阵来表达配电网的联接情况;运用正序等效定则计算了各种故障下的故障电压和距离的关系;提出一种基于SCBEMA曲线判断敏感负荷是否停运的判据,给出了不同种类用户的电压骤降幅值和持续时间概率曲线;在进行计及电压骤降的配网可靠性指标计算时,用贝叶斯网络来计算常规的可靠性指标,结合敏感负荷的停运计算骤降时的指标。本论文所采用的模型是IEEE RTS—6母线测试系统的第5条母线,运用上述方法计算了它的故障域和计及电压骤降时的可靠性数据,最后对可靠性数据进行了分析,提出了一些提高配网可靠性的措施。
The algorithm of the probability of distribution network taking into account voltage sags is analyzed in this article. The definition and reason of voltage sags are introduced at first. The main work of this article is as follows: Dissipated network is used in the power flow calculation. The relations between voltages and distances under all kinds of faults are calculated.The standard of halt of the sensitive loads is proposed and we can use this method to get the probability curves of the amplitudes and durations of the voltage sags of the different users . The results of the calculation used Bayes formula is offered at last. The model used in this article is the fifth bus of RTS—6 in IEEE. The probability results taking into account voltage sags and its exposed areas is calculated. At last the results are analyzed and some methods of raising probability of the distribution network are put forward.
