岷江流域野生狗牙根生物学特性及其抗寒性研究

摘要
本试验以20份岷江流域的野生狗牙根材料为研究对象,以国外引进的三
    倍体品种Tifway和四倍体品种Jackpot为对照,通过小区试验,进行生物学特
    性和抗寒性研究,研究结果如下:
     1.岷江流域野生狗牙根在3月底扦插建坪后,均能在两个月左右成坪。
    在物候期方面,岷江流域野生狗牙根表现基本一致,5月抽穗开花,6月结实,
    12月开始枯黄,次年3月返青,平均绿期达278d(264~287d);在形态学特
    征方面,岷江流域野生狗牙根的草层自然高度、茎直径、匍匐茎节间长度、叶
    片长度、叶片宽度、生殖枝长度、花序分枝数、花序长度、花序小穗数均存在
    差异,其变化范围分别为:7.33~37.00cm,0.73~1.60mm,1.22~4.51cm,
    1.50~7.70cm,0.22~0.348cm,7.36~24.00cm,4~5枚,2.35~4.01cm,28~33
    个。
     2.岷江流域野生狗牙根叶绿素含量除SAU99-26外,普遍比对照Tifway高
    用电导率法测定半致死温度LT_(50)结果显示,经抗寒锻炼后,20份野生狗牙根
    材料的LT_(50)均降低,且均比对照Tifway低,尤以采自茂县的材料SAU99-36
    为最低(-14.44℃),表明20份野生狗牙根材料均比引进品种Tifway抗寒。
     3.通过对岷江流域野生狗牙根的品质评定可见,来自汶川的两个材料
    SAU99-33,SAU99-34的评分均比对照Tifway高,综合其形态学特征可见,
    这两个材料品质优良,可直接应用于生产上的一般绿地草坪,在管理强度高的
    情况下,也可应用于建植精细草坪。
Studies on Biological Characteristic and Cold Resistance of
    
     Native Bermudagrass in Mini iang Watershed
     Xiong Xi

     Abstract: Twenty native bermudagrass of Mini iang watershed have been
     experimented through plotting, and simultaneously two interspecific bermudagrass
     hybrid cultivars Tifway (triploid) and Jackpot (tetraploid) are tested as the controls.
     Biological characteristic and cold resistance have been studied. The result showed as
     follows:
    
     l.Formation speed of native bermudagrass is about two months. About the
     phenological phase of native bermudagrass,they are the same largely: in May they
     start head sprouting and blooming, in June fruiting, in December they start dormant
     period, they get green in March next year. Moreover, average green period is 278
     days (264d?87d). To the morphological features of native bermudagrass, stand
     natural height, diameter of stolon and internode length, blade length and width,
     reproductive infiorenscence length,floret number of each spikelet have significant
     different. Their ranges respectively are 7.33cm?7.OOcm, 0.73niim-1.66myn,
     I .22cm?.5 1cm, 1 .22cm?.5 1cm, 1 .SOcm?.7Ocm, 0.200mm桹.348mm,
     7.36cm挆24.Ocm, 4~?, 2.35cm挆4.Olcm, 28-35.
    
     2.The chlorophllous content of native bermudagrass in Minjiang watershed is
     higher than Tifway, except SAU99-26. The results of Li?0 through the way of
     electric conductivity after a period of cold stress show, half lethal temperature of all
     native bermudagrass have debase, at the same time, their LT~ are all lower than the
     LT50 of control Tifway, and the lowest Li?0 is ?4.44 ~C which belonging to
     SAU99-36 which come from Mao County.
    
     3.The results of evaluation of turf quality of native bermudagrass in Minjiang

     watershed show,SAU99-33 and SAU99-34 who come from Wenchuan county have
     the highest score. In addition to their morphological features, we can conclude that
     the two materials have good quality, and they can be used as lawn grass directly, and
     even be used as sportsland grass.
