太阳能电动车车身设计及分析

摘要
太阳能电动车由于无有害排放物以及利用太阳能驱动,被称为“未来汽车”。其研究与开发,有益于汽车相关技术的进步与发展,将来让太阳能电动车真正服务于人类。本文研究了一种以参赛为目的太阳能电动车,介绍了车身设计计算相关的研究工作,主要包括:
     1 探讨了太阳能电动车车身三维造型设计的方法与步骤,运用计算机辅助设计技术建立了车身三维几何模型。
     2 建立了车身外部流场的计算模型,研究了运用计算流体力学方法对车身外部流场进行数值模拟的方法。
     3 以降低空气阻力为主要目标,同时兼顾其他因素,进行了多种设计方案的计算分析与比较,最终得到了较为理想的车身设计方案。
     4 对车身及其附件进行了详细的结构设计,其中主要包括:车身与车架的连接与固定;座舱盖的设计及与车身的连接;座舱盖移动机构的设计;前后车身密封和顶部太阳能电池板的设计等。
     太阳能电动车车身与常规汽车车身相比较有较大差别,本文所作的研究工作为后续的实车试制打下了良好的基础。
Solar car is considered as "future car" because of its no harmful emission and driven by solar energy. Its R&D is beneficial to the development of related technology of the car, so as to let solar car serve people truly in the future. A solar car with the aim at participating in the race is designed in this paper, research work related to design and computation of the car body are introduced, which mainly include:
    1 The method and steps of three-dimensional modeling of solar car body is researched, and the three-dimensional geometrical model of solar car body is set up with the help of computer aided design.
    2 The simulation model of the flow-field outside the car body is built using computational fluid dynamics, the method of numerical simulation of the flow-field outside the car body is researched.
    3 Aiming at reducing CD A and considering other factors simultaneously, several design schemes are analyzed and compared with each other, and finally the relatively ideal design scheme of the car body is obtained.
    4 The body structure and its accessories are designed in detail, which mainly include: the linking and fixation of body and frame; the canopy design and its linking with body; moving structure of the canopy; the sealing of front and back body design and the top board of solar cells design;
    There are some differences between the body of the solar car and conventional cars, the research work that have been done in this paper makes a good foundation for the solar car development.
