船艇报务综合训练考评系统分析与设计

摘要
随着我军编制体制调整、武器装备更新和兵役制度改革,特别是现代通信技术的迅猛发展,作为我军军事通信主要手段之一的无线电台报务通信正面临着严峻的挑战。电台终端设备种类的多样性,导致了报务人员训练的内容多、周期长;终端操作技术的复杂性,造成了操作使用的强度高、难度大;终端设备的互不兼容性,增加了设备生产经费的投入。这些问题严重地阻碍了通信战斗力的快速生成和通信事业的发展,不适应未来高技术条件下局部战争对通信的要求。为此,在经过较长时间认真分析、研究和论证的基础上,设计了“船艇报务综合训练考评系统”,以改革现行报务通信方式,从根本上解决报务通信面临的诸多现实和发展问题。
     本系统的设计分为硬件部分和软件部分,硬件上使用单片机实现,采用比较成熟的C8051单片机系统,软件开发系统选用可视化的VC++高级语言和ASM51汇编语言,系统的主要功能如下:
     1、智能编辑功能
     2、速率自适应判读抄收功能
     3、拍发速度可变功能
     4、自动考核功能
     5、仿真模拟加扰功能
     6、话务训练功能
     7、转发选听转播功能
     8、远程传输训练功能
     9、组网训练和单机训练功能
     本系统的研制成功适应了军事训练的变革要求,完善了科学的训练手段,进一步提高了通信保障能力,适应了装备技术和信息技术发展的需要,提高了部队报务训练质量,得到了部队官兵的一致好评。
Along with our army workout system modulating, arms and equipment updating and military service system innovating, especially modern communication technique developing swiftly, the radio transmitter-receiver telegraph communication using as one of the main resorts of our army military communication is facing austere challenge.The diversity of the transmitter-receiver terminal equipment category cause the telegraph personnel having much content and long cycle to train; Technical complexity in operation in terminal make the strength of the operation high, the use of difficulty large; the discompatibility of the terminal equipment increases the invest on producing equipment.These problems obstructed the speed of the communication fighting strength and the development of communication seriously; they can't adapt to the communication requirements of localization war under the condition of future high techniques. To reform the current telegraph communication method and resolve the realism and developing problem faced to the telegraph communication fundamentally, a long time analyzing、researching and argumentation has been taken and "The boats station comprehensive training evaluation system".has been designed
     The system design can be divided into hardware and software parts. The hardware design adopts the single chip-- the mature C8051 single chip system; the software adopts the visual VC++ level language and ASM51 assembly language. The main functions of the system are as follows:
     1. Intelligent editing functions
     2. Rate adaptive interpretation copy function
     3. Dispatched speed variable function
     4. Automatic assessment function
     5. Simulation add interference function
     6. Call training function
     7. Forwarding choose listen to broadcast function
     8. Remote transmission training function
     9. Network and single training function
     The successfully implementation of this system has met the needs of scientific training method and improves the communication safety capability further. It suits the requirements of equipment and information technology and improves the troops' telegraph operator training quality which is highly praised by all the members of the
