基于DM技术的供电营销稽查管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
本文根据供电系统的特点、结合鹤岗电业局有关领导的要求以及稽查技术人员的建议,从企业的经济和技术现实出发,确定营销稽查管理系统的主要内容,并且结合现代管理理论和运用最新的数据挖掘技术,采用系统分析与设计的方法和工具完成供电营销管理系统的逻辑设计和物理设计,基于特定的数据挖掘技术和软件平台,编写满足企业需求的应用软件,实现电力企业在Internet和Intranet环境下的营销稽查管理系统,加速电力系统企业管理的信息化步伐。
     论文回顾了国内外数据挖掘的研究现状,阐述了管理信息系统的基本原理,展望了数据挖掘和信息系统理论和技术的发展趋势,并紧紧跟踪世界网络管理信息系统的动态,采用时下最流行数据库开发平台—PowerBuilder8.0,运用数据挖掘的理论与方法,结合鹤岗供电局的业务要求和管理需要,从技术经济和科学管理两个方面入手,对鹤岗供电局的目标系统进行总体规划,系统分析和系统统计,从实际出发编写了完整的系统应用软件。因此,从电力稽查实际工作的角度来讲,本论文的软件设计具有一定的商业推广价值。
According to the characteristic of power supply system, the dissertation establishes main content of Marketing Check Management Information System combining the leader's demands of the bureau of power supply in Hegang with the advice of auditor in power supply system from the point of enterprise economic and technical fact. On the basis of the specific software platform, adapting the newest technology of Data Mining, the thesis completes comprehensive plan, logical design and physical design of system and compiles applied software of power supply marketing check combining modern management theory with the methods and tools of system analysis and design. The thesis realizes the MIS of Power supply Marketing Check in order to meet the need of enterprise's demand and to improve the management level and modernization pace of enterprise management of power supply system.
    The thesis looks back the research actuality of data mining technology of internal and external countries, explains basic theory about Management Information System, forecasts the development trend of MIS theories and Data Mining technologies. At the meantime, the article tracks the dynamic trend of Network Management System in the world. On the basis of meeting the demand of business requirement and management in Hegang, the dissertation first uses the most popular development platform-PowerBuilderS.O and theory and method of Data Mining, finishes system comprehensive plan, system analysis and system design from two sides of technology economy and scientific management. Then, the article compiles applied software of the system from the fact. To the some extent, therefore, this system and software are very high commercial spread values from the view of marketing check work of power supply.
