宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床研究

摘要
目的:
观察宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效,并探讨其抗过敏、抗炎的作用机理。
方法:
将60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例,对照组20例。治疗组给予院内制剂宣肺咳喘方治疗;对照组给予邦备(盐酸班布特罗)治疗。记录两组患者的症状、体征,并观察治疗前后患者血清IgE、IL-8水平,外周血嗜酸细胞计数,以及治疗后气道激发试验阳性率,进行两组间比较。
结果:
1.中医证候疗效比较:治疗组优于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。
2.两组患者症状治疗后均有明显好转,在咳嗽次数、程度,咽痒情况方面,治疗组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。
3.两组患者血清IgE水平治疗后均有下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组IgE下降程度明显高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05)。
4.两组患者血清IL-8水平治疗后均有下降,治疗组下降程度明显,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。
5.两组患者外周血嗜酸细胞计数治疗后均有下降,与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。
6.两组患者小气道功能治疗后均有改善,治疗组与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。
7.两组患者治疗后气道激发试验阳性率仍为100%,但PD_(20)FEV_1均升高,且与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。
结论:
宣肺咳喘方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效肯定,总体疗效优于邦备,且具有明显的抗过敏、抗炎的作用。
[Objective]To investigate the clinical effect on cough variant asthma of the treatment with Xuanfei-Kechuan Fang, at one time discuss the mechanism about resisting irritability and inflammation.[Methods]Divide 60 patients with cough variant asthma into two groups by randomly. Treated group (n=40) are given Xuanfei-Kechuan Fang, contrasted group (n=20) are treated with bambec troche. Recording symptoms of all patients before and after treating. Furthermore, detecting IgE、 IL-8 in serum and acidophils in blood of all patients before and after treating. Observing the masculine percentage of provocation test of airway after treating.[Results](1) The total symptoms of TCM: treated group is better than contrasted group, there is statistical significance.(2) After treated 21 days, frequency and degree of cough and throat tickle in treated group are better than that of contrasted group. There is statistical significance.(3) The level of IgE in serum of all patients decline, there is statistical significance. Moreover, treated group is better than contrasted group, there is statistical significance.(4) The level of IL-8 in serum of all patients had decrease, Moreover, treated group is better than contrasted group, there is statistical significance.(5) After treating acidophil in blood of all patients decrease also, there is statistical significance.(6) Small airway function of all patients increase after treatment, treated group is better than contrasted group, there is statistical significance.(7) After treatment the masculine percentage of provocation test of airway is 100%, but PD_(20)FEV_1 of two groups increase , there is statistical significance .[ Conclusion ]Xuanfei-Kechuan Fang had undoubted effect on treating cough variant asthma, it had better total effect than Bambec troche.
