热轧工艺润滑剂滑性能的分析与实验研究

摘要
摩擦与润滑对热连轧轧制生产产品有着决定性的意义,广义而言,润滑剂在轧制过程中起着冷却、清洗和润滑的作用,所以板型、针孔、表面状态等很大程度上取决于润滑剂的性能及其使用情况。尤其是热连轧板带轧制中,对润滑剂提出了更高的要求。目前,热连轧板带润滑剂又称热轧油,除却其本身存在的不足外,在使用过程中,由于轧制条件的复杂化,恶劣化,必定会对热轧油产生一定的影响,相应的就会影响板带质量,这是阻碍热连轧板带生产效益增加的主要原因。而随着今后对板带质量要求的越来越高,这些问题将更加突出。因此,热轧油的选择以及对其在轧制过程中变化情况的研究对于提高热轧板带质量非常重要。
     本文主要分析了热轧工艺润滑机理和润滑剂性能对轧制过程的影响,并通过对轧制过程中摩擦机理的分析,计算并推导了不同条件下润滑剂油膜厚度的计算公式。然后针对国内某钢铁厂1500mm热连轧生产线精轧机组工艺润滑项目拟选用的三种热轧油,进行模拟实验研究,通过对轧制温度的模拟,以热挤压的实验方式比较三种热轧油对挤压力的影响幅度。同时对不同浓度热轧油油水混合液进行分析比较。最后,结合模拟实验研究的结果,本文将从中筛选出一种或者两种性能较优的热轧油为今后的现场调试工作做好准备。
Friction and lubrication to the rolling of hot strip mill products have An important impact. Broadly speaking, the lubricant plays a effect in cooling, cleaning and lubricating in rolling process, so the template, pinhole, surface state etc.,mainly depend on the performance of lubricants and its use. Especially in the rolling of hot rolled plate, the lubricant has been put forward higher requirements. At present, the hot strip mill, also known as hot rolling oil, with the exception of its own shortcomings, because of the complexity and poor of rolling conditions, these will definitely have a certain impact in use, and also will affect the quality of strip,so it is the most important reason which is hindering the production of hot strip mill increase.With the increasingly demanding of the strip quality in future, these problems will become more prominent. Therefore, the choice of hot-rolled oil in the rolling process, as well as the changes is very import to the quality of hot-rolled strip.
     The paper mainly analyzed the mechanism of hot-rolling and the impact of lubrication performance on rolling process, calculated and derived the formula of the thickness of the lubrication film under different conditions,through the analysis of the process of rolling friction mechanism.In view of three different kinds of hot-rolled oil which would be used in the project on craft lubrication to the 1500mm hot rolling mill production line of Shanxi Haixin Iron and Steel, the paper carried out the simulation reaserch.Through the simulation of the temperature in rolling,the paper compared of the scope of influence that three kinds of oil studies brought on the pressure by the way of the experiment of hot extrusion. At the same time, the paper analyzed the oily water mixture of hot-rolled oil of different concentrationsl.At last,the paper will choose one or two kind of hot-rolled oil which have the better performance to prepare for the debugging in future.
