基于RFID的汽车制造企业生产物流的研究

摘要
RFID射频识别技术与EPC产品电子代码是近年用于物流业的新技术。为适应汽车制造企业快速发展,研究基于RFID技术的汽车制造企业生产物流管理信息系统,对提高我国汽车制造业的物流管理水平,改善现有企业的物流机电装备和信息技术状况,有着十分重要的作用。
     本文在综合国内、外企业生产物流模式和物流信息化管理发展的基础上,依据现代企业生产物流分析方法,以某客车制造企业的生产物流系统为研究对象,对其总装车间生产物流作了空间维和时间维分析。作者采用网状结构模式作为该系统的信息流的传递方式,保证信息在生产物流链中及时得到共享,提高决策的实时性,能适应快速多变的市场需求。
     根据RFID技术和汽车生产制造企业的现状及发展趋势,作者提出并构建了基于RFID技术的生产物流管理信息系统。该系统可以在总装车间生产线的各工位上,实时地、动态地显示各工位的车型、装备等信息,使装配人员及时了解总装线物流情况,控制物流需求,以便物料能及时、适量地送到需要的位置,实行拉动式生产方式。
     本文探讨了RFID的应用环境,进行了RFS-2022型超高频射频识别系统的现场试验,测定了不同金属材料的读写范围。通过物理特性分析,提出在多种金属零部件上使用EPC标签的可行方案,为读写器、天线的安装以及标签粘贴提供了参考依据。
     在对南京某汽车生产制造企业总装线生产物流系统进行需求分析的基础上,作者建立了该系统的总体结构模型,以及软件设计流程图和系统的数据结构,并在Delphi7.0环境下编程实现了该系统的功能。随着我国经济与国际的接轨以及RFID成本的降低,基于RFID技术的生产物流管理信息系统及其机电装备的应用,将会推动我国汽车制造企业物流的快速发展。
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and Electronic Product Code (EPC) are new techniques used in the logistics industry in recent years. In order to satisfy the development of automobile enterprise, automobile enterprise logistics management information system based on RFID was studied to improve the level of logistics management and the present level of logistics mechanical and electrical equipment and information technology.
    This paper summarized the modes of production logistics and the development of logistics information management. According to the analysis method of modern enterprise' production logistics, the production logistics system of the automobile manufacturing enterprise was studied, and the production logistics of assembly workshop was analyzed by the space dimension and the time dimension. The network mode was adopted to deliver the information to guarantee the information shared on time in production logistics chain, which can also improve the real time effect of decision-making and the adaptation to the demand of the constant changing market.
    According to the present and the future situation of RFID and automobile manufacturing enterprise, this paper puts forward the production logistics management information system based on RFID. With the help of the system, the information of automobile types and equipments on terminals set of each station can be shown to the workers in time, so that the material can be delivered to right place in proper time, which realizes the pull mode.
    This paper discusses the application environment of the RFID, the spot experiments of RFID system of RFS-2002 is finished and the reading and writing scopes of the different metals material were measured. By physics characteristic analyse, the paper puts forward the methods which the EPC tag is sticked on various parts of metal to provide the reference for installing the reader and the antenna.
    On the basis of the requirement analysis of production logistics system of Nanjing automobile enterprise's assembly line, the whole structure model of the system, software architecture and database structure of the system were built up and realized by using Delphi7.0.With the development of the economic globalization and decrease of RFID's cost, automobile manufacturing enterprise logistics will be developed quickly by the application of production logistics management information system based on RFID and the equipment of machine and electricity .
